“This is THE best storage facility in the area. I've been here for 8 months and have had top notch service the entire time. I've had to move into a different sized unit during that time and they went above and beyond to find a unit very near my other one and supply me with a cart and utility dolly free of charge to assist in transporting items from one unit to another.

Everything is effortless when I first inquired about a unit and paperwork is promptly completed online and emailed. If I have questions, the people in the office, Brittany and Jeff, have all been extremely helpful in assisting me.

The price is competitive for the area and they haven't tried to increase it once since I've been here. The area has had heavy rain and I've never had any trouble with water.

Lastly, it's time for me to make a long-distance move and I am using one of those companies that drops a pod or a trailer to put my things into. Gilroy Self-Storage went above and beyond to coordinate a parking area as close as possible to my storage unit and marked off an area with yellow spray painted dots to use.

The move-out process has also been made exceptionally easy. I gave my notice and they were very flexible in updating what day I will actually be out of my unit so as to prorate the final bill for me. What more could you ask for?!
