I would like to share a negative experience during our visit to this store in August. When we entered, we were poorly received by the saleswomen who allowed themselves to openly make fun of the customers, according to them of Chinese origin, we were entitled to hear malicious comments and all this in Spanish behind us. Our experience was extremely unpleasant, there was only us in the store, she laughed so hard and commented on all our actions, bet on our purchase or not, on our luggage budget, that we quickly left. I was extremely shocked at the lack of professionalism and disrespect towards Asian customers. We will not come back to this store again, it's shameful for a country that calls itself "a culture of service". This is absolutely inappropriate. Is this how Samsonite treats its customers? We were disgusted by this horrible experience. The quality of service has nothing to do with the quality of the products. This is very deplorable. What a pity.

A really great store! Had a lot of different options for suitcases and good prices. Bough a suitcase set at a very good price. But the best thing was the guidance from the very sweet and helpful salesperson Holly! She was the best. Pleasant experience!

Large variety. Discount prices are available but not found them to be much different than at places like Costco. Not many visitors.

I had some struggles with my Rimowa suitcase during my vacation because the combination of the lock didn't worked anymore. I drove to the outlet and the employees took over 2 hours to figure out the correct code - in the end they found out the code and I didn't had to destroy my suitcase. I was so thankful for their service and didn't even had to pay a dollar. What a great service!!
