A long term shopper at Rosso's I've had my first bad experience. A Memorial Day sale with 25 percent off and no sales tax. I was charged sales tax on the entire amount including delivery. When questioned I was told the removal of tax did not apply to sale items. When questioned about illegally taxing delivery fees I was told that was the way it was always done.

We went in to take a look to buy a dresser. We were greeted and shown where to look and were offered assistance. We then were guided through different options. We ordered and were out of the store within 30 mins.

I Needed a special size loveseat, recliner anywhere between 60 and 65 inches
Not only did they give me A deal they were also willing to sell me the floor model.
And help me load it into my truck

Overall, my experience for Rosso furniture here in Gilroy is really excellent. We start to Andres Who help us to pick the best quality furniture to our new home? his really excellent very knowledgeable and very helpful sales person. He helped me and my husband a lot I really highly recommendation Rosso furniture ask Andres if you wanna get a good advice and knowledge about the furniture , too beginning until the delivery he is really there and helping us a lot he deserved to get raised and bonuses, we don’t know much about the furniture but Andres is the one help us out to give us a knowledge to pick the best one for us After that overall experience when delivery come, the two gentle guy came over in my place deliver my furniture. The name is Galo and Carlos. they deserve to get raised and bonus they work so hard they did a very good job, I hardly recommendation if you want to deliver your furniture request to these two young guy, Gelo, and Carlos they know what to do They very professional, I highly recommendation Rosso Furniture Here in Gilroy if you need good quality, good service, Rosso is the right place to go.
