Very unprofessional behavior from the staff....went to go pay for my item yet no one was at any of the registers...waited but to no avail. So I just put my stuff down and left. Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

I've been better Ross's it's not very well organized in the staff. It's overworked. So customer service isn't high on their priority.

Ross had every item I was shopping for. The store was pleasantly under-crowded, and the checkout line virtually non-existent. Of course I know that I can't expect this perfection every time I shop there, but this particular shopping trip was great ?

Had everything I was after. The boots are worth noting.Normally I buy work boots at $200 a pair are a specialty boot shop. Bought a pair for $40 at Ross and they are one of the most comfortable boots I've had with no break-in period. I was very surprised and impressed this time.Good Job Ross!Doug
