Customer service can be a bit better, came in & was just 1 person on the register with a line of about 5 people….. lady finished up with the person in front of me & left up until someone else came to hop on the register. The guy with purple hair was soooo slow on the register & was so I don’t want to be here vibes, he would make comments like “ I wanna go home & nap” & I juts want to go home” and stuff like that well having a line waiting to be ranged up. Please step it up & have workers that actually want to be there working….

Walked in when no one else was there and walked out with new pants. I can’t speak to all their offerings but very happy with the feel and build so far. Staff assisted me swiftly and changing rooms were in great shape.

I bought around 10 clothes at gilroy outlet on Saturday (09/24/22) and bad experienced with a woman casher. I got discriminated and decided not to go there again because of her. The first thing- I was redy to pay standing right next to her, and she was holding my clothes, but she immediately chose to ring up the white guy who came up after me and told me that I will take him first, then she transferred me to the another guy cashier who is nice to me. The second thing is that I asked for to give or sell me the some extra smallplastic bags (4 or 5) because I am giving out the presents to individuals. At that time she answered and refuesed to gave me because I had only one or two receipts. She still told me that I could get only one more because you got two already. The reason I got two bags because one bag is not enough to put it all in there. She told me that if she gave me or sell extra bags she could be in a big trouble. I know that was not ture because I am doing the customer service job as well. Selling or giving a few bags won't have big troubles that the customer needed. I should have returned everything I bought but I wasted my time to choose the clothes and didn't want to make a problem that she made. But I decided to report at puma management team and telling to other people my experience. The way she treated me was not right and also worry about other Asian people who is going through the same way as I experienced. I would like to know how the management team take actions of this act.

Extremely rude staff and the manager. We billed for a huge amount but the way all the staff were rude left a terrible taste for the entire experience. I'm a Nike customer who was checking Puma out but this experience reinforces my choice in Nike.

It's very disappointing that I had to drive an hour to this location only to find out that the discount on sport bra that I bought did not apply. I called the customer service line and was advised that the store does not have to price match the sales online and if it is missed during the in store purchase, I cannot return it to Pumas but I must return back to the actual location to request a refund. I'm just like Omgah, this is super inconvenient since I am not a local and was just in the area to shop. I am very disappointed in Pumas and that the proper pricing was not applied correctly.

This is my favorite stores both in terms of prices and selection. I literally checked out all shoe stores in the mall, and this store had the best selection of sneakers.

Good store. Cheaper than Nike or Adidas but the design is not the best. I wish I can find a running shoes ? in here. Also no shoes for basketball ? I love the way how they received me with my friend also the same they have during Labor Day. I will definitely return back to the store. I highly recommend this store.

Black Friday today, certain rules to follow. We understand.Their store says closed, but they’re letting people in. We asked for an explanation, all we got was “we’re closed” over and over again. Asked once again if they’re open or what’s going on, got another cold “we’re closed.” A few other customers started asking why they didn’t have signs saying why they’re letting people in and why the markers in the ground were still there. They got upset with us again when we wanted an explanation.I understand the pandemic is going on. We were well apart from each other and following rules so why were we treated coldly when asked about the store? Also, if you didn’t want lines outside your store because it’s a county thing, then why are there lines at every other store around?Disappointing because I love Puma, but their staff were rude to us.

Really bad service! I got here at 5:30pm they don't close till 6pm and the girl didn't wanna let me go in to return something. She said they were at the max capacity and people were walking out and not even like that.

Literally got to the store at 6:41pm. Walked in and I had and associate come up to me and say they were closed. I asked what time they closed and they said 7:00pm. I looked and my watch again and told them it was 6:42. Another associate said "we know." I asked why they closed 20 minutes early. They said "we just do." Horrible experience especially considering that I was coming in from out of town.
