Had a great experience here. When you walk in you instantly want to say wow at how many beautiful dresses there are. My daughter and I came here looking for a prom dress and the ladies here were very nice and helpful. They were very accommodating and brought down dresses off the high wall for my daughter to try on. We were very impressed with the selection.We ended up buying a beautiful blue dress and it was a bit pricey, but well worth it. Rosie, the owner, is a very nice woman and she did an excellent job altering the dress for my daughter, it came out perfectly. We are very happy we found this store and will definitely be going back in the future. We will go back for alterations as well. It's a lovely store.

Bad experience here! I needed to find a dress for an important event. The lady who is the owner at first said she could get me any dress from her catalogs. She helped me pick out a dress she said the dress would arrive in 2 weeks and she would call me. Almost 3 weeks went by and I called the lady to ask her about the dress. She then told me the dress didn't come in the size I needed. But that she had other inexpensive dresses and I told her but I paid for the dress already. That Saturday I went to go get the refund. When I arrived the lady was on the phone gossiping about another lady. I found that to be very unprofessional and rude. As I am a client and she would not get off the phone she signaled to her helper to help me. When I said I was there for the refund the owner said something to her helper. The helper then told me the dress was arriving the next day. I told the owner why didn't you call me? You need to communicate with me and I don't live here I drove from SJ. The owner still on the phone said she would take me the dress to SJ. So I left the next day the owner showed up at my house with a dress. When I saw the dress I told her this is not the dress! The owner then said, "Oh it's not?" To which I told her again this is not the dress and not the size. She then told me that they don't make the dress in the size I needed. So this gives her the right to try to pass me another dress? She then told me to go to the shop for my refund and bring my receipt. This lady has not been easy to deal with as a client I expected better service. Not only did she lie about coming through but she tried to pull a fast one brining me a different dress thinking I wasn't going to notice. Don't waste your time going here!!

Honest Review:The store has very beautifull dresses. However, the service isn't too good. They don't communicate well with clients. I went to check out the dresses and the one I liked wasn't my size, so they had to order one a size up for me. When they called me that the dress was ready I got there and they told me that they didn't have any more of the one I wanted, ofc I was mad because they had a week to call me and let me know but noooo they told me until I got there. I drove 3 hours just to get told that the dress i wanted on my size was no longer in stock. I had made a 15% payment for that dress because they assured me that they were going to have it.

I had a really bad experience here, we came here looking for dama dresses for my quinceañera. We came like a month before we needed the dresses and she said she didn't have them there in the sizes we needed so she ordered them and we were supposed to come back a week later, when we went she said she ordered us different sizes from what we had ordered because they didn't have them and that she would make them into corsets, we said no and she said we could order different ones and we did. Now we were only a week from our event and she cancelled our order without us telling her to and saying to just come for our money instead when we needed the dresses. She yelled at my mom and even recorded her because she wanted to make a return on shirts and the lady didn't want to give her the money back. Overall it was 2 different orders and they both came out bad and we got left with no dresses. She orders you the sizes she wants and makes up many lies. Don't recommend this place, please look for a better, more professional place.

Hands down best woman’s clothing store in town very helpful with helping me select dresses on multiple occasions with very reasonable prices. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to go find something perfect for you. And trust me they have it all.

The woman running this business is not nice. We came to spend 300 $ in cash here and clothing was defective, broken and she would not provide a refund only store credit( then proceeded to hang up defective clothing on the rack without fixing it) We came back to use the store credit after the woman said she would order a few particular pieces. Low and behold the woman refused to honor the amount of store credit she gave. We had $200 in store credit and this woman insisted it was only $100 She got to keep that and lost out on thousands of dollars in business. This lady is a crook. Google reviews also verify her crook ways.

Excellent service, the owner is very helpful and knows how to find the perfect dress for my shape. Alterations are available at a very reasonable price and done quickly. They also have a pretty and feminine selection of dresses. It is so nice they are here in Gilroy. I don’t need to go to San Jose for an elegant gown or sexy cocktail dress. (My wife wrote this review)

Shocked to see these comment.. this boutique has it all!!! From upper class dress to men suits.. the owner was very knowledgeably. I’m sorry to say thAt now these days people don’t appreciate 1 to 1 service. Try ordering on line. Most major dept store don’t offer cash refunds. Wake up & start shopping where people don’t care if you walk in or all Receipts are sent to you in emails. I can’t compare this mini mall to any malls I have been in. Awesome service & up to date fashion. Prices are affordable & I can find everything & not have to go to another store. We have to learn to appreciate friendly people. Kill people with kindness...

Wonderful boutique to shop in, definitely recommend shopping here. Prices are very good, wide variety of stuff to choose from. If your looking for a prom dress, quinceanera dress or party dress then this is the place to go to!! Owner is very kind and sweet, she gives great customer service.
