Many companies are going to online only and can’t get ahold of anyone. I called Pierce Manifolds to go over what I needed. They help me get the correct product I needed for my 1973 Triumph GT6. No return Policy on online purchases even though I offered to pay shipping both ways and associated fees. Employee ordered by mistake but now I own it at $100 over what I normally pay. frustrating that they do offer a 7 day return policy on website also but won't honor it (today is day 2) and the box it shipped in wasn't even open at the time. I will give 2 star since it was correct and shipped fast but it wasn't going to hurt anyone to take a brand new return on a mistake order -Some call it customer service.

Linkage set sent all together in a cardboard envelope loose (how do i know all pieces are there) with paper gaskets getting as well loose emailed them with no response.

I've ordered a bunch or parts from David and crew and they are great to work with. When I get it wrong they are always understanding and find a way to make it work. They are my go to for all Weber Carburetor parts and Datsun intakes.

I ordered a complete rebuild and remachining of my carb. The carb they returned came with a very misadjusted float, it was covered in oxidation/vertagris, and the jets and injection pump nozzle were plugged. In short, the car wouldn't run. I took the s***** apart myself and cleaned it out, using a junked carb as a parts bin. They don't respond to email (contacting them thru their site bounces my comms back as "undeliverable") and I'm unsuccessful in getting them by phone. BUYER BEWARE - check their work, to ensure they've not screwed you after NOT doing the work you paid them for!

A huge help with my Weber 32/36 rebuild. Had some hard to find parts missing, but Pierce Manifolds had them in stock and shipped super fast. I made multiple orders because I wasn't aware of said missing parts, and my parts were delivered within a day of each other. Great company with a great selection of hard to find parts.
