Do not use O’Reillys
100% Chinese parts, and on failure of these parts i.e. DOA their manager will not compensate you for any other associated goods for the install of that part
If you look at the serpentine belt I bought from O’Reillys and you hold it up next to a Napa belt. It’s 1/2 the thickness what junk parts these people are selling.
They screwed me on a master cylinder that was DOA and was so cheap. They would not give me the 3 quart of brake fluid that is required to reinstall another master cylinder. They take no value for your time they will not call you back. They will just take your money. Give you a Chinese part and you’re on your own, good luck with that attitude you have permanently lost this client

Highly recommend! They were so nice and helpful. My battery light came on while driving and my car actually died in their parking lot. They diagnosed that it was the alternator and charged my battery overnight so I could get it to the shop the next morning. They helped me put the battery back in and did all of this free of charge. Thank you soooo much O'Reillys!

Showed up Sunday morning at 7:30 saw the lights turn on and waited 10 minutes but nobody opened the door. Waited another 10 minutes and still nobody around. Sign and website both say they open at 7:30 on Sunday. I will just shop Amazon from now on. Can't really on people to be professional anymore. I will only be back to drop off used oil.
