Horrible customer service. I had a return that was just a week or two past return date and they wouldn't accept it, even for just store credit. Probably the only store I've ever encountered that won't do that. People are busy, sometimes 30 days pass by way too quick. Won't be shopping here anymore. Selection was not great either on baby/kids clothes.

It's good quality and low cost! Definitely my go-to place for back to school and business work attire.Aside from that, I appreciate the staff. They are not in the back of their customers and just allowing us to shop in peace .

It's pretty clean. The workers here are nice and friendly. The time I went with my wife there was hardly anyone in there. I was surprised they have more sections at this location.

Just left old navy and tried to return a shirt that I paid $18, which even though I had a receipt, the return rang up as a $10.72 reimbursement. Both the team lead and manager did not understand how or why this was possible. Neither of them offered to make this right. Their best guess was that this shirt is now on clearance so that's why I was being given this price. I bought this shirt a week ago when it wasn't on clearance and I had my receipt. Very very poor customer service. The team lead, who helped me first, was pretty short tempered. She needs to work on her customer service skills. Today there are so many option of places to shop, I won't be coming back here. There was just no attempt to make this right. Very disappointing.

12/10/20 I was standing in line today while two customers at the register were being extremely rude to the employee, Emma. The customers were upset with prices being “too high”, their total being over their budget, and many other things that were completely out of Emma’s control. They were rude, loud, and bossy while Emma continued to handle the transaction with such kindness, respect, and professionalism.Employees like Emma deserve recognition.
