This is the first time I've seen a $17 car wash this messed up.
I think that car washing requires machine inspection and shampoo drying. It's a car wash that doesn't work at all, is expensive, and isn't well maintained.
Main facilities have many pumps that don't work and are not clean.

Have a membership with them they don’t have actual person to clean or dry the car after wash no point of having membership the machine for washing mats doesn’t work as it should vacuum is another issue across the street there is one more car wash I got my car washed there they are pretty good

I have been a customer here for a couple of years. Recently I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. I forgot to notify Zip Thru Car Wash of the new card number. When I went to wash my car I had to pay the 12.00 fee because my subscription was cancelled for non payment. I notified them and gave them the new card number to activate my subscription again. To my surprise I was reimbursed for the 12.00 charge. I have been happy with the service and would recommend it to everyone.

I do the monthly car wash package. This wash does decent job. It gets the dirty off for the most part. My only complaint would be that the air dryers don't work efficiently. I Also have to get out of my car and hand dry it so i don't get water spots all over my car. Mirrors, windows, hood, doors, and trunk.

Been going here for a while to clean my car out and I had asked to turn the vacuum on because it's FREE and never had an issue and the person tells me no? They come up and tell me it's not free and don't dump trash because they get in trouble (10/25/2023) .... Since when did they stop doing free vacuums??? it even still says on the website that it's free? just straight GREED or you have a lazy lying employee. 10/26/2023

I've taken 2 vehicles. One car was extremely dirty so they allowed me to send It through twice. It really helped still will have to give it a good waxing. The other vehicle was moderately dirty and came out fine. staff is super helpful. They do have free vacuums. Easy on and off freeway.

I have been to a few Zip Thru Car Washes in San Jose and they were great. Good powerful vacuums , towels, window cleaner and shade for you to get the job done. And very nice attendants as well. I live in Morgan Hill so on my day off I figured I would go to this location. At this location the wash tunnel was very short. It didn't do a very good job at all. There was no towels no shade and the vacuums wouldn't even pick up crumbs off the floor. Not to mention that the nozzle kept coming off the hose. I moved to a different vacuum and had to ask the attendant to turn it on for me. Then after about 5 minutes it shut off. Also I was standing in a puddle of nasty water trying to clean my car. Then how do I get back in without getting any gunk in the car? Terrible experience all around. I gave up and left. Waste of time and energy. I guess I will stick to the San Jose locations from now on.
