Hire cashiers!! 2 lanes open 10+ deep of people! This seems to be the new norm for Walmart Gilroy. Add that their bathrooms are normally disgusting makes this for a pretty unpleasant shopping experience.

Just spent 30min waiting for help at bike center asked 3 different employees for assistance with unlocking glass enclosure. No one showed of course asked the girl behind the desk for assistance and she dipped out lol must have been her break time smh. Never again will I or my wife shop this store again. Thanks but no thanks

Came by here a couple days ago since we drove by on our way to Bay Area and needed to get some fever reducer medicine for the kid. They completely ran out of all children's brands except for a unicorn and lion/tiger brand. So we bought the unicorn one and it worked fine! Also got a pillow and blanket for the car ride, so the kid can sleep better in the car.

This place feels like somewhere between 2.5 to 3-stars. They have decent prices and there's plenty of parking but...- Checkout lanes are always chaotic.- The bathrooms are downright scary- The store is *massive* which is cool if you know the layout but not if you're new to it. Stuff can be in odd places and is messy at times.I dunno - for me at least, the prices aren't strong enough to warrant making this a regular "go-to" shopping resource.

As Walmart's go.. this one is generally the same as all the others.. the prices are climbing on nearly every single item.. and not slowly either.. (close to a dollar more per item every time). Also, there is rarely a cashier to help you check out, although there seems to be plenty of workers standing around in the self check area seeming to be doing nothing. The customer service area always closes sooner then the hours listed, which is frustrating when you are trying to return an item. There is also quite often a lack of inventory. I advise you to check food expiration dates as I have seen many food items for sale that have expired. I also had a frustrating experience where I wanted to buy a certain vacuum cleaner that had two identical floor models (one of which the empty box was right below it). A worker asked a supervisor if I could buy one and just put it back in the box and they refused to sell it. This made absolutely no sense to me at all. I do not recommend shopping at this Walmart if you have another option. The one decent thing about it is that the restrooms are kept pretty clean.

Went there today to do some shopping. My husband needed socks. The men socks were locked up. We tried ringing for assistance to no avail. Spoke to two sales staff to no avail. Waited 15 minutes & finally went to Customer Service & spoke to Team Leader. She didn't have key access to the locked cabinets & couldn't find someone with key access. She informed me that I would have to wait until after 3 pm (another 20 minutes) before there would be some with key access. This is NOT customer service. What's the point of having the stuff locked up & not have someone on duty the full time the store is open to unlock the cabinets fir the customer. We will be going else where to do our shopping.

I've tried calling the last 2 fricken days and no answer!!! I wanted to cancel my order and reorder. I guess I'll have to file a dispute charge with my credit card company!! Answer the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought an Xbox controller brand new from them and it literally broke in seven weeks and just because it was over the 30 day policy and I had my receipt no damage done to the controller they wouldn't let me exchange it

I went to buy some food pouches for my baby and got an unopened box, opened it at home to place on shelf and found this can't find the receipt so there's that.

This place has been on a decline since before COVID. Customer service is almost non existent. Cashiers are a rarity. They expect you shop for items, ring it up and bag it yourself. It you refuse to they only give you one cashier for every 20 customers in line.

Worst customer service ever, if you are trying to get anything from the garden center luck for you. They have literally no one to help you. Waited for 40 minutes and asked for help to 3 different Walmart associates. I usually don't shop here but decided to give a try. Save your time and order online if you are trying to get anything from Walmart in general.

Walmart really needs to work on its curbside pickup process. Hugely frustrating and it would have just been faster to go inside and do my shopping. There's zero signage for where to park and the check-in on the app was broken anyway. So I went inside and stood in the customer service line for 15 min to ask if I could just pick up my items there. They said no, I had to wait in my car and told me I needed to call the phone number posted on the curbside pickup parking spots if the app isn't working. I asked them where the parking spots are, and they're apparently way over on the side of the building (not really curbside.) So now I'm sitting in my car at the curbside pickup, just called the number, and it rang forever and went to voicemail.
