The HVAC/nav/radio touchscreen in our 2007 Toyota Highlander would intermittently stop responding to touch. My neighbor is a former Lexus tech and he said they used to send all kinds of electronic control units to Mikado for repair, so I called them. Mikado fixed my touchscreen for about the same cost as buying a used unit, and they fixed it and had it back in the mail to me on the same day. Can't ask for much more than that!Note: the phone number listed on Yelp is a cell phone, so you can try texting them first.

I run an automotive repair shop in the valley, and had been looking for someone to repair a 1992 ES300 instrument cluster. Boy did I find the right place! Their customer service is EXCELLENT, and the cluster looks, and performs like new. Not to mention the very fast turnaround time. We will definitely be doing more business with them!

Sammie and his wife are very knowledgeable and professional. They spend hours working on my unresponsive touch screen. Keep testing and adjusting until my problem is resolved. Although, they replaced more parts then originally quoted, they didn't charge me extra for the materials and labor. Great service from a nice couple! I would definitely be bringing my other cars to them for maintenance and repair.

Sammy and Jasmine were tremendous to deal with. My daughter's Lexus IS 250 Navigation screen was inoperative, and they replaced the LCD display to correct the problem. I would highly recommend Mikado Technology based on my experience. Tom Norton

The rpm & speedometer needles were not lighting up on my Lexus, and I got referred to contact Mikado for a repair. I called Sammy at Mikado and was able to arrange a repair on the same day as they had opening. Once I got to Mikado, the repair took only about 30 minutes and the rpm & speedometer needles were working properly afterward. I do not think the dealer or other shops in the area repair Lexus instrument cluster, and I am glad I was able to drive in and get this repaired without having to ship the instrument cluster out somewhere far for repair. Will come back to Mikado if I run into any electrical issues with my vehicle.

Gave them my gauge cluster for repair and they did an excellent job and very quickly. Was reffered to them by local Lexus dealer for gauge cluster repair and lived up to that refferal.

Sammy is by far the best mechanic I have ever gone to. He really cares about his customers and their vehicles. I can tell he takes pride in what he does, which is awesome!
