I went in to swap phones. When I entered Gio acknowledgeded me and said " I'll be right with you". (he was helping another customer) I love that kind of service. When it was my turn, Gio was very Pleasant, and Knowledgeable. Gio has great customer service skills and made me feel Valued. He is a great human, honesty you don't get that kind of service or feel valued when your looking for help, even if it is their job. Thank you Gio so much, I will always remember my visit to your store.

You get what you pay for cheap service good price the phone does not cover every area that you would like it too but the service is not reliable in the mountains and it's not working in Walmart and on 1st Street in Gilroy it goes in and out and your phone will drop they need to get better satellite service but I like the price and I will not change to Verizon or AT&T because they charge you way too much money and I try to sell you everything in the store I like this company because they don't sell you everything that's in the store you coming to make your payment and they don't try to sell you something new which I'm grateful for being on beat on a very tight budget which I'm grateful to have the store when you're on a very tight budget you can still have a phone and be reasonable to reasonably charged

I am so happy that my sister suggested I go get a cell phone from Metro. She told me the cost, and I ran to the store. It was my first phone and I got a new car, and I wanted to use it when I drive around. I purchased a flip phone because I really don't know how to use cell phones. Even with a flip phone, I had problems. It went dead because the battery died. I charged it, but I couldn't get it to come back on. So, I went back to the store, and they were so nice and helpful. They showed me how to turn it on. LOL. They also helped me connect it to my car. I would never have been able to do it myself!!! I have had it for about a year, and something was wrong, so I went there today to see if they could help me. They tried figuring out what was wrong for me, but it turned out that it is difficult to analyze the problem with flip phones. So, I bought another one. Carlos and Mireya were so helpful. Carlos transferred all of my contacts for me, and Mireya answered questions about phones. She also reassured me that I would be able to figure out how to use it. I also know that if I have any problems, I can always go there for immediate help. Like knowing how to turn it off and on. LOL

I use to have Virgin Mobile but I transferred to Metro PCS. The store is a good size and they have a lot of phones. Got a discount for switching. Process was smooth. Workers are always nice and helpful. Went in a week ago to replace a phone. They didn't have what I wanted in stock. They went beyond and called nearby store. I got my phone at Morgan Hill. Other stores weren't this helpful. This store definitely is the store to go to due to customer service. I highly recommend it.
