We want to express our gratitude to Michael in the garden department. We went in yesterday, April 2nd and were impressed by how courteous and efficient he was. Then, after we paid for our items, he followed us out and loaded 10 bags of mulch into our car. Wonderful service that was much appreciated!

The Customer Service on the PHONE is terrible !! Most of the cabinet styles and stones for the counter tops are out of stock. Is that Lowe's fault? Not sure. I can tell you they NEED a new phone system.

Best Lowe's in the bay. I really like to go there because of the great service from Frank at the paint department and the super nice and sweet ladies at the customer service. No matter what problem i had with any item they helped me and resolved the issue or I got my money back! Keep doing!
