Greeted immediately. Helped thoroughly with a friendly smile. I had ordered online, pickup in store. Manager I think, didn't get her name, but she was so efficient in locating other fits and colors, answered questions. Fixed all changes quickly. Very pleased and happy when we left.

Best place to shop for Levi's!!!! Awesome deals and big selection! The girls working the dressing rooms are like Jedi's of Levi's if you don't like what you tried on they're very patient and ask you was it the style or the size and they will run to go get you another pair or how you find a jean that's right for you we totally loved all the attention and explanation of the different sizes and styles of the jeans my daughter my husband myself and my son all walked out with awesome jeans that we were happy with that's it right! I saw some of the reviews on Yelp but I had a positive experience maybe it had to do with us coming on a Sunday and we were there right at 10:00 and so there weren't a lot of shoppers but it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely come back!!!!

Came here on Memorial Day and they had a great sale. Buy one get one free! Usually these jeans are over $80 each. They have plenty in stock and the selection was great
