I always enjoy coming into Lane Bryant. The customer service is always good. I've never had to seek help. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable. It's a great place to get properly sized for a bra as well.

Absolutely amazing staff!! I have recently been shocked about my progress with weight loss and I came in on Labor Day weekend to get some Bras because my old ones no longer fit. Fatima and the team there were super helpful and all I felt while I was there was the best customer service I have experienced in my life. I will definitely come back to this location.I later realized I received a post card in the mail congratulating me on my recent accomplishments with attaining my weight loss goals. It was a small but thoughtful little cherry on the top. I honestly cried because I never expected this type of thoughtfulness!Thank you Lane Bryant’s Fatima and Team for everything!

I love this store in gilroy outlets . With the sales going on Normal total price for my items $494.00 with the sale plus clearance on top of the sale I paid 56.82. The employees are so very kind and helpful. They make big girl feel proud of thier body by the time yo leave the store.
