Im not a big fan of Kohls as every department is only half stocked and as of the last time I was in there they had carry baskets and mesh bags to haul your merchandise in. Badly done!. A high end store can get away with that as they usually have very attentive staff that come and take any selections back to the counter area or start a dressing room for you. I looked online to see whether they stocked Corningware. Yes they did and it showed the exact bowl I needed to replace. I made a special trip to go and pick it up and when I got into the store what they had were 3 sets if dishes. That's it. Made me think they wouldn't be there long. What they do have is a huge amount of clothing! Some brand names most not. I know what the "trends" are, but fabric, unless it is a pure natural fiber cannot be recycled and goes right to the landfill!
So great, a wasted trip.

Came to use my Kohl's cash $130 and brought some good items. Missing some toys and Lego's, but overall spent all of my Kohl's cash. This store has a lot of variety and super clean.

I went to Kohl's in Gilroy, CA with a complaint about my receipt, she not only explained what I thought was a mistake, she also took the time to help me get Kohl's cash. If you are ever in need of help or returning an item ask for Krystal. She is a pleasure.

Sabrina in the Sephora section of the store was extremely rude and unaccommodating. She seemed annoyed I interrupted her personal conversation when I was ready to check out. I also had a return to make she acted as though it was a huge inconvenience and kept trying to find an excuse not to complete the return. I'll drive back to SJ for Sephora before I spend my money at this location again.

Found a nice Michael Jordan painting ? that was a steal last one available so u know I had to take it ,on sale also so its a no BrainerOne thing I must say please revamp your shoe selection seems outdated research what's in and trending ? not everyone wants teacher / professor shoes lol ? ?
