Tried cashing a lottery ticket and after I said I didn’t want another ticket he refused to cash it claiming he didn’t have enough cash. It was only $250 . Please report if this has happened to anyone else.

Bought a flum here and it didn't work and they would not exchange it within 10 mins of buying it. Will not be coming back here since they do not take care of their customers. I understand it's not their fault it didn't work but it was bought there they should be able to give it to their customer service rep or something and take care of their customers.
