This store closes 30 minutes early than what has been specified on their website and also on the Gilroy outlet website as well. As I went to open the door, the store was dark and an associate walked up to me and said that they were closed. I asked what time the closing hours were and they stated 5:30 pm. When I checked the website, it was 6 pm. When I visited the store the next day, an associate at the register confirmed it was 6 pm. I called the main office to explain what happened and the store manager (or some manager) called to apologize for the situation. Before I was able to say anything, she was ready to get off the phone. This is really disappointing as I used to really love shopping at this store.

Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone I spoke to was very nice. The discounts make this a must stop at the outlets. My shoulder bag is high quality and well made. I also purchased the leather conditioner.

This kate spade outlet does a 15% student discount! I was debating on a bag and once the worker said I could get a 15% student discount if I showed my student ID, canvas account, class schedule or enrollment! I was convinced and bought the bag LOL. It's worth the trip to visit if you're around and a student!
