This is a fabulous store. The staff are always there to greet customers as they walk in. And once inside, they are more than willing to assist you. They carry both men's and women's items. I like jockey under shorts, best of all. And this store has them all in stock and in all the colors. They also carry many shirts. All styles. Crew necks. V-neck. Etc. And an endless variety of colors My credit card is always out when I hit this store because I always know I will find things I can't live without.

When in today August 17 to pick up some more items that I purchased on Saturday. The guy working was and is a total j**** He's an idiot that wasn't helpful at all. I was trying to use a coupon that was emailed to me. I couldn't pull it up and the guy said he couldn't honor the sale price. I called jockey #800 and spoke to a representative. She said she wasn't able to resend the email and that maybe if I got a "really nice" salesperson, they might let it go. Or she can help me place the order online. I told her it wasn't gonna happen because the first two sentences out of the guys mouth was no help at all. I left all my items in the table and walked out. The guy is probably going to blame his stupidity on the plaque like every other d*** idiot doesn't. It will be a while before I decided to shop at this store again. Or at least I'll avoid it when dumbo is working. Crazy how you can get two different people from both ends of the spectrum working for the same company, and get two different outcomes. I wished I would have got dummies name so I can put it in this review. I have a good mind to return everything I bought on Saturday. Horrible service from this guy.
