This salon has quality stylists. I have my "regular" but have seen others when she isn't available . I do wish prices were more transparent . Seems like the industry in general is "a let's wait and see at the end. ". Very nerve wracking cause who is gonna speak up if something is off . I do recommend this salon, the last color I got here had everyone raving .

Just recently I went to Image & Design for a trim. I have short hair & just wanted to get a trim done. The person who cut my hair was very nice & did a great job. However... when I went to leave, I was charged $95.00 for a trim. (WHAT?!?) I didn't say anything but thought as I left, "I've never been charged that much for a trim & I've been coming here for years." Even for a haircut. $95.00? The place has changed a lot these past few years. It used to be very busy w/stylist being booked out months in advance & now... not so much. I don't know if I'll be back for I can't justify $95.00 for a trim. I'll leave that up for others to decide for themselves.

I had a blow out and style done here when I first moved to Gilroy. The stylist was nice and friendly but she did not curl my hair well and it went super flat within the hour.

The ambiance is nice, the people are nice, and they get the job done. It's a little on the pricey side but I would come here again for sure.

Rebekah did an amazing job on my haircut. She has a gentle touch but works with confidence, which I appreciate because I am tender headed and being in the beauty industry for over 35 years from working in a salon to an education director, I have very high standards. Rebekah is a 10 in my book.

I had a biopsy done and couldn’t shower - but really needed a hair wash. I called and explained the situation and they got me in immediately (yay!) with Allison (not sure if I spelled that correctly). She gave me a great wash and blow dry. She knew a lot about products and hair. She’s new to Gilroy with over 30 years experience. Looking for a new stylist or just want to try something new? Check them out. So so nice!! Very happy!

Over all I have this place one star because even though the customer service was good it just seemed like my lady had no idea what she was doing. The worst part was I had gone in and asked for only 2-3 inches cut off but she's ended up cutting off over 5!!! I was very disappointed and for $75 was definitely not worth it, the back of my hair wasn't even at the end of it either I had to come home and have my mom cut it to make it look even. Overall very disappointed and makes me scared to get another haircut for a long time.

Went in for a balayage and was left with bright orange and brassy hair. My hair has never looked this way before. The appt took 5hrs. The hairstylist toned it three times and looked lost. They had me come back to fix it and “cancel the orange out”. My hair still looked horrible with random orange spots everywhere. Horrible! No refund for their mistake. Hairstylists are very inexperienced. I now have to go to a different salon to fix my hair. Save your time and money. Over priced for the experience you receive.Service: Balayage
