It's hard to find a mechanic shop place you can trust to service your vehicles, Gilroy Lube Auto Repair" has been servicing my cars since a few years ago and, I can tell you that every time is a great experience because they are courteous, friendly and most importantly, they take care of the needed services. I was on my road trip to LA, and I had a car issue, the bottom shield was disconnected and scratched the floor. The service was about to close, but they still said they will take a look. They removed the piece to make the drive more safe. They saved my trip and didn’t even ask for a bill, all the good vibes and gratitude to them ?

I searched oil change for my car. Their price seemed to be ok so i went there and later the man opened my hood and said my filter should be extra $20. Why they didn't tell me at the beginning? Because I don't have time so I let them do it. And when I go to home they charge me extra $12 addition to $20 saying they put extra oil which they never mentioned. So be careful this place this place they are adding up later.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Im here from Kingsburg Ca. Husband is at Stanford hospital. And my breaks got hard to press.My son lives here and recommend this company. They had a hard time finding a break booster for my 1998 LS 400 Lexus. It took 2 days but they got it going. Thank you Felix and all that helped. Great Job !

I came here for an oil change a few months ago, the experience was pleasant. I was in and out within 45 mins. Thought I'd continue to give my business. However, today, i used my hour lunch and drove to Gilroy Lube at 1pm, walked into the main lobby with my keys rattling in my hands, greeted the guy at the register , he said hi back, but did not ask if I needed help or if i have been helped. I stood there for 10 minutes,while he rang someone up, I continued to stand there to make him Aware that I haven't been helped. Once he was done, we made eye contact, he answered a call and walked outside. I sat in the lobby for another 6 mins. At this point, I decided to leave. Very disappointing and underwhelming experience today...
