Tod in the service department went out of his way to help with my 2023 Escalade. I had an appointment for Wednesday got me in Tuesdays because I had some concerns with check engine light.
They found 27 codes and was able to fix it in one day kept me informed during this process. Rock stars,

My car was sitting in their shop for about two weeks for repairs and when I picked it up on a Wednesday, there was a crack in the windshield going halfway down the window. it is now Monday and I have not been able to get in contact with them and they have not contacted me about the vehicle damage

Advertising one price, but Actually has another sales price for the car Says you have to “qualify” for it. Super unethical practices and when confronted sales person just hung up. Do not go to this dealership.

Wasn't taken seriously as a young female car buyer. I informed the salesperson that I was looking at a specific car on their lot and wanted to test drive. He asked who was the car for. I informed him that it would be my car and I would be picking the car even though my dad would be purchasing it. Despite this, the salesman talked primarily to my dad and ignored me the rest of the time. The salesman knew nothing about the car and didnt even try to tell us about it. When I was thoroughly checking the car to see if the third row seating was even useful, he appeared annoyed and rolled his eyes.
When we sat down to talk numbers, they marked up for etching, door edge guard, cilajet and another $4000 for another random fee. It was just insane and they refused to take it off. We left that day.
Later online I saw another car on their lot that piqued my interest. Instead I went through the texting and emailing route because I didn't want to deal with the same salesman as before. But yet again, I was disappointed with the same markups. When I showed numbers and reiterated that I was seriously ready to buy if the fees were removed, they didn't budge at all.
Overall the experience was lacking and I felt like I wasn't taken seriously or respected as a customer. The markups were also not good.

Posted a review a few weeks ago and gave a one star rating. I was a little upset about the lack of communication and having spent a whole day there. Here is what has happened since then. The service manager Kurt waved my bill. He did not have to do that, but he wanted to make it right for me. That I appreciate. It is not always easy being on that side of the desk. I was probably a bit upset and went right to a review out of anger and I should not have done that. The problem was taken care of, Kurt came out and apologized for the lack of communication and held himself accountable. You gotta respect a dude like that. This place really is a nice place and the people are friendly, you just shouldn't judge this place out of your anger. Take it from me.

Just had my car serviced at Gilroy Chevrolet they did an awesome job car was done early. When I went to pick the car up I was late, after 5. The lady opened the cage back up and took my payment. She was awesome!!!!

I was browsing not looking to buy, I ended up leaving with a Chevrolet Silverado RST. Great price couldn't pass up. If your looking for a car or truck please come and ask for Jorge and or Peter.They truly care and worked with us! We told them what we wanted and they went above and beyond. I had an appointment on Monday at 8 AM and did not get a diagnose till that Friday. FYI if you have an extended warranty your car is not a priority and on top of that they will add services that you don't need.. forget about them calling you back because the service department never does.

If you're looking to buy a vehicle and want great customer service. This is your place. I had a wonderful stress free buying experience. Carlos the Sales Manager explained the whole process to me and he made me feel at ease. I knew at that point I made a good choice.He was very transparent with the whole deal. After reviewing my paperwork from finance, they got one over on me. They said they were going to pay off my car loan. They ended up paying most of it and used $500 out of my down payment to pay the rest, after they said they were going to give me $500 more for my vehicle. They lied to me about giving me an extra $500 for my trade, and didn’t even mention they were going to use my down payment money to pay off my loan because they just wanted a deal that day. They care more about their deal that they’ll blatantly lie to you to get you to sign paperwork. I definitely won’t be a returning customer. Also, their lifetime warranty is trash. Please double think before coming to this dealership
