It was my first time shopping today at Francesca’s and I was treated very unprofessional and rude. When I entered I asked the worker if they had hand sanitizer and she said “You gotta bring your own hand sanitizer” in a rude way and nasty attitude. I answered back nicely “ok”. I felt very uncomfortable and discriminated by the way she treated me. I asked about the hand sanitizer because every store I had entered has provided hand sanitizer for the costumers.

Francesca's can typically be very pricey - I always look at the items in their regular stores, but I never end up buying anything because of the expensive price tag. This location is pretty large (some Francesca's can be extremely small), and has a lot to offer. Every time I come here, there's always a buy one get one 50% off sale off of the full price items. They also have a larger than normal sale section along the back walls. I strolled into the store on a whim, and I found two pairs of jeans, each costing only $5!!!!! This is a super great deal since their jeans are normally priced around $50. Other sales items were priced at $15-$30, which I think is a great price for a well made Francesca's top or dress. Overall, I love this location and I will definitely be coming back. This location is part of the GIlroy Premium Outlets, although I'm unsure if this is an actual outlet location.

Had a wonderful shopping experience with Julia helping me. She had great suggestions without being pushy. Francesca's will be on my list every time I stop at the Gilroy Outlets.

I had the best overall experience at Francesca's! I usually shop online at Francesca's as there hasn't been one close by, but as soon as I heard that there was a shop opening at the Outlets I had to make a trip! Walking into the store I was greeted not only by the friendly staff, but by all the sale signs! The whole store had promotions going on which made everything I was looking for much easier. I came in looking for a dress and left with so much more with still staying in budget. Dress shopping for a special occasion can be difficult but Kayla and the staff made it fun and enjoyable! They picked out many dresses for me to try and were very knowledgeable about their products and were attentive to my needs. I picked out not only a dress but accessories to match and I'm so excited to get to wear them all! I look forward to coming back and shopping at this location as well as seeing the wonderful staff.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Francesca's this evening. I walked into the store, and saw two employees chatting. I was not greeted, I was in the store browsing for several minutes and had zero acknowledgment from either employee. Instead I hear them speaking about painting their nails, etc... when I proceeded to the dressing rooms, I had to interrupt their chatting session and ask if I can use any of the open dressing rooms. Keep in mind there were only two other shoppers in the store. Never once was I asked if help was needed, instead for the second time I had to interrupt their chatting session, which was clearly more important than the customer service they were both willing to provide. I asked a question regarding the return policy and I was advised to read the return policy on the counter! Unbelievable... I was utterly disgusted with the service I received. Now, that is not all... As I am now awaiting to pay for my merchandise, one of the young ladies is sitting down on social media, and the cashier is removing the garments off the hangers and is LITERALLY throwing the hangers into what I am assuming is a box. Rude, unprofessional and just flat out inappropriate work behavior. I can only hope that management reviews video footage of this incident that occurred at 7:54 pm on 1/27/18. Please use this yelp review as an example of how not to treat a paying customer. I left the store annoyed and disgusted with the LACK of customer service I received.
