I went to this store to buy my son and husband a sweater and some father days gifts. While we were looking through the store, my son saw a helmet that he really wanted. My son just got promoted from school and he really wanted it. I asked him to go outside and grab my sweater. While he was away, I asked the two ladies if they would mind holding it for me, I'll buy it but if they can hold it for me, I'd appreciate it. I told them he just got promoted and I wanted to surprise him. They were so helpful and they helped me. When I can to pick it up the next day and bring it home, my son was super happy for the helmet and the two ladies wrote him a lovely note congratulating him on his promotion! That was so nice and we very much appreciate it!!!

No fitting room at all! They shut both fitting rooms. They could care less. Hope this Fox store closed forever. What kind of store closed all fitting room at this busy season? The sales clerk told me to try over my clothes. Are you serious?? No wonder your store is pretty dead.

They have a lot of cool shirts, sweatshirts, hats, all kinds of stuff in the store. Stuff for adults stuff for kids. I like the T-shirt I bought had high quality, so I went back and bought two more. shop is well stocked. Super helpful staff have good ideas and help you to shop for the right fit.

This store is closed more than its open. I get email advertisements for a huge sale. Drive there and it's closed. Whoever runs this place is off more than they work. This sign is up more than its down

Just came from a bmx state race with my family in Manzanita and rushed to finish to try to make it to the fox store. Wanted to see if they had any racing gear. It was 7:48 and they close at 8, but their door was already locked. Then employees sitting at the register nodding no at us. What's the point of having store hours if you can't go by them? I understand why this store is rated so poorly.

I and my husband just had THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER at this shop. We went there to return a blue helmet this afternoon. My husband brought in the helmet he wanted to return. We went to the back of the store where the helmet section located to find the one he likes. However, there's only the red one in his size, and he doesn't like it. So we decided to return the one we bought before.The blonde cashier is really rude and insulted us. Although we gave her the receipt, she asked her coworker to go to the helmet section and check a blue helmet that she put there yesterday is still there. I still remember her words clearly " I want to make sure that it's not been stealing". She repeated that multiple times. We are very upset and angry because of her terrible awful customer service. She obviously accused us of stealing the helmet that we was returning. This is ridiculous, we gave her the receipt and the helmet we bought by our money. She has no right to insult us.What kind of customer service like that ?The worst of the worst in deed.THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK BLONDE CASHIER !!!You can not take back what you said. I think no customer should be treated like this. I also think if we were white folks, she would have treated us differently. We are Asian btw.We swear we never go to this shop again!

Went to conduct and even exchange for a different size from a size large pull over hoodie to a size extra large pull over hoodie. I had the receipt however the clerk told me I would have to pay full price and pay the difference for the larger sweatshirt since the price was now higher. I have never heard of that in my life! On top of that I asked for the manager and he replied he was!!! I was livid.

Went to conduct and exchange for a larger size hoodie for my son with a receipt. I found the correct size and the manager said I had to pay the difference for the full price since they were now not on sale. Even though I had the receipt for the item I have never heard of this before in my life I am 55 years old.Went to conduct and exchange for a larger size hoodie for my son with a receipt. I found the correct size and the manager said I had to pay the difference for the full price since they were now not on sale. And like I said he said he was the manager I didn't catch his name I was so upset. I paid the extra money for the hoodie for my son and I left.

Just went in looking for some riding pants for our daughter. Found pants and a bunch of clothes! They had a great variety of clothes and Lauren and Alyssa were very helpful! Thank you!

I had a very awesome customer service experience at the Fox store in Gilroy. The cashier associate Lauren was very helpful as well as friendly. I would and will definitely come back to shop here again.... 2 Thumbs up and Max Approved ??

Super frustrating that their website and digital presence says open at 10:00am. But clearly they only open with all other stores on a Sunday at 11:00am. Guys update your online information, no excuse for that.
