It was fine. They did not have enough selection honestly every rack only had extra small and small clothing. Inventory is very low and ridiculous. The sales girl at forever was following me all around the store I think she thought I was going to steal something. I found a few size XL and was impressed with the facial products and selection. I walked out spending just over $100, I got a few lingerie items for Valentine's Day, a couple of pieces of jewelry, and the facial products.

Taking my daughter out to go shopping to find some new pants. We don't have a forever 21 where we live so we had to drive kind of far. My daughter finally found some thing that she liked and wanted to try on. When we went to the dressing room they told us the dressing room is only open on the weekends. I just wanted to say how very inconvenience this is that I have to buy some thing first so I can try it on at home and then make another long trip back over if something doesn't fit properly. It's in the evening and there's literally nobody else in the store. I would've thought they could've made an exception for my daughter to try on one pair of pants. I will not be returning to the store again.

I don't understand the policy of Forever 21 where 2 people are not allowed to be in 1 dressing room, that even families are not exempted from it. My daughter who's 11 (turning 12) and I went to this store today and had some clothes to fit. The attendee at the dressing room already made me feel uncomfortable while she waited impatiently for me to sort out the clothes since we had more than the required number of clothes to try on. I had 2 and my daughter had 10 so obviously I finished first then proceeded to knock on her door to help her. The girl then told me I'm not allowed to be there. I said I need to help her and the girl said she can help my daughter instead. I said it doesn't make sense that a stranger can help my daughter who's only in her underwear and bra but her own mother can't? Call me conservative but I just can't let that happen or even let her parade out to show me the clothes that she's trying on. The attendant just made me so uncomfortable because she was so irritated so I asked if there's a manager I can talk to. She started ranting about me being in the hallway and on people's way when there were no other people around and I know when to move to the side so I won't be on their way. Plus, I was standing across the room where there's an empty fitting room so I wasn't on people's way. Then another employee told her it's okay since my daughter is a minor. Suddenly the attendee said, I told her my daughter is 12, now she's calling me a liar? Do I have to explain to her that my daughter will be 12 in 4 months, does that make a difference? She walked away and said I can't do this anymore! Is that the proper way how to handle customers? If that's their policy, fine, but post it somewhere visible so that people like me who doesn't agree with it will take our business some place else. When I explained this to the 2nd employee who tried to pacify the attendee, she thought that I was attacking her and said she's just trying to help. It's not hard for me to admit my mistake so I apologized and thanked her for helping. My point is, the dressing room attendee needs to be trained on customer service. Customers can be wrong but there's a better way to handle it than walking away and making their customer uncomfortable. By the way, they didn't call the manager and preferred to deal with it that way.

The fitting rooms are closed due to COVID but they are welcoming returns for everything as long as you have your receipt! The store itself is still a bit packed & pretty messy but I think it's been like that for awhile. The visit wasn't as pleasant and COVID friendly but the workers were very nice!

Extremely poor social distancing. Building capacity was not limited and some areas of the store were crowded. The checkout lanes were in very close proximity of each other. This store is understaffed, as a result the lines were slow. The clothing was a little more expensive than other Forever 21 stores, though there is a decent selection of clothes, even so, the lack of safety and sanitation is irresponsible.
