This is the worst DMV I've been to. After waiting an hour and a half I go up to the window to get a duplicate title. I already printed the form and have it filled out, but I'm missing information on one line (according to the woman at the window) which takes less than thirty seconds to fill out. She tells me to go back table to do it and then come back. I told her to just give me a pen and I'll do it real quick. She than tells me if I don't go to the table, I can get another another number. When I returned, she had called someone else and I had to wait another five minutes until she was done which is total BS. I also had a couple questions which she refused to answer telling me she had to help more people and she wasn't even supposed to be working the window. After waiting your turn, you should be able to conduct business until it's finished. Our tax dollars pay for their salaries and they need to appreciate that and not treat people like crap as this woman did.

They tell you to line up on the red tape to take a picture. Unfortunately, there are tons of people that just stand where you're supposed to line up to take a picture of that aren't taking pictures. This is not communicated at all. As a result, I spent 30 minutes waiting thinking I was the line for the pictures. Communication really needs to improve regarding this matter. Don't let people block that space. It's already difficult for those of us with jobs to find the time to come here. Please don't waste peoples time even more. That said everyone I interacted with was nice.

If I could give this location 0 star I would Just the worst service in the world, Brianna a worker there in charge of the driving portion just treated me horribly I was going to ask her if she could clarify a few question I had since it was my first time at this location...... in the most rude way possible she didn't even let me ask and told me to get in line!!!! keep in mind I had an appointment already, Later about 30 min after she called my name I told her the question and she said I had to get a paper renewed an...... i asked if my spot would be saved she said no and that she would not wait 5 minutes while I got that renewed She proceeded and says you have to come an hour prior but as I said before we were there an hour prior and she didn't attend us till the 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. Terrible just horrible worst service l've ever experienced

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a DMV in my entire life. I went for my behind the wheel test and my instructor had a very heavy Indian accent to the point where I could barely understand her. She gave me instructions very late to the point where I was almost missing turns. She then failed me in the parking lot for not yielding to a car when I had stoped myself. She was very rude and I would recommend asking for a different instructor because someone else I know made the same mistake and still passed. She should be fired.

I've had multiple interactions with this DMV, and it consistently stands out as the friendliest. The staff members are easy-going, polite, and exceptionally helpful, creating an environment where you don't feel rushed, unlike most DMVs. Destiny, in particular, has been instrumental in making my experiences great. Thank you for being patient, informative, and always ready to assist. To the entire team, including the other ladies, your exceptional service doesn't go unnoticed. A big thank you for making each visit a positive one!

I have consistently great experiences at this DMV location.This DMV has all the things I care about:1) Friendly and competent staff2) Effective system for assigning numbers to booths quickly3) Clean and tidy seating and standing areas4) Ample parking and not as crowded as locations further north5) Did I say friendly staff? Oh right, I did. Yes---love the employees here!I highly recommend this DMV location!

If you need to take your driving test this is the worst place you can choose. Find another location where they can help you. They have a variety of excuses for not serving you. The employees make you feel like when your wife scolds you with so much shouting and complaining, there is not a single person to help you. Go to a DMV office where they respect you, here they make you feel less if you speak Spanish. It is the worst experience I have had doing DMV procedures. THE WORST DMV OFFICE I EVER KNOW. Change the staff.

Staff was very friendly and nice, but they misspelled my name on my registration and didn’t ask me to double check it before sending me on my way. By the time I had walked out to the parking lot and looked at my registration, it was 4:55 pm and everyone at the office had left their desks and were unreachable. They also did not inform me that my new California title would be mailed to me in 30 days, so I worried that I had lost it entirely. Now, I have to wait for my new title to arrive in the mail in order to change the name on my registration. It’s a little frustrating to have to go back and fill out another form, and makes me a little nervous to be driving around with the wrong name on my registration. I get that people make mistakes but it’s just frustrating. Generally the employees were polite though.

My visit was great except for the person who helped me, instead of giving me what I asked for she argue with me and argue with me until I left without taking my Class C test again which I need for my new job. Shame on her. Just give me what I asked for instead of arguing, it's my problem if I have to pay to take a test for a class B on top of taking a new test for class c.

Very bad service, a Latin person helped me and it turns out that within an hour he doesn't speak Spanish. They should change personnel.

Worse person EVER!! i do not ever wanna come back here or ever see this person again. She was extremely rude and gave me so much attitude. She even slammed the door after and walked out ?.
