Came in the morning around 9am to pay for my insurance, get paperwork situated from the DMV since they handle registration and take a vehicle off my policy and was told to come back at 2pm because the person that's as helping me didn't know what to do. Came back at 2pm and was told that there was no one to help me because the person they were expecting, had an emergency. In my opinion their agents and staff should all be up to par and trained to do what needs to be done. Now I'm wasting my time and money not being helped and told to come back tomorrow.My grandfather and I have been with the brokerage for a long time, and they have never done this. It's very unprofessional and now has an unsatisfactory mark with me. Contemplating switching somewhere else for help.
