They are extremely hospitable and even if I need to return something I got online, they are more than accommodating if it was damaged or warped in shipping!! Delilah was so excellent in helping me with a framed print i got online and the frame was warped on the bottom and it was a sale item but she exchanged my print anyway!! “Best supply store ever. From the service to selection, this store goes above and beyond. With our new pup we got the 10x5 dog kennel and other supplies. The staff was amazing. Kind, good hearted people helped us from the cashier to the guys working outside in the large metal materials, they were such great help. Thank you so much from the couple with the tripod puppy!”
“Love Targey.. Target. Lol.. sounds fancy.. Here in Gilroy you can experience clean Target. Although the food is on the low quality side . The Morgan hill Location is the one to go to they have everything I want and need. Shame Gilroy can't keep up.”

“It's always amazing to me that this store runs like a well oiled machine. You're almost always certain to find exactly what you want/like, however if it's an item you love-buy several as it may not be there next time. Their produce is the best around and their fresh bread is a must. I love that they have a wide variety of organic produce as well as wild caught fish. Their return policy is second to none, unless you abuse this return policy-it's no questions asked. And the big bonus their newly added chocolate chip cookies So worth the trip.”
“I went into Kohls in Gilroy yesterday. Maybe the third time I have to give it to the Management staff. I was treated great everyone greeted us with a smile and hello or good morning. You don't find service like this often. So when I do I shout it out. It seemed like everyone enjoyed working there and it all starts at the top.”
“Holy moly this place is huge!!! I didn't walk through the store because I was doing an order pickup... but wowza. It's massive! I placed my order online. Got my notification the order was ready and headed over. I had to go inside (per the app) because it was after 8:00, but the pick up area is hard to miss. I called the number on the sign and someone brought my order out within minutes. Easy! I'm not sure how shopping here goes, but for online orders, highly recommend!”
“It's a good store, good size, and is usually kept fairly clean for a Walmart. Although I've got to say that in the last few months the customer service has gone way down the drain. Yes I take into concideration the pendemic, but it shouldn't be this bad.”

Good produce, Bakery, cheese selections & a specialty frozen section. Yard, automotive, and home needs, like sheets, pillows, etc, always offer a great selection of items. The children's toy section is large, too! That is why it is called a Supercenter! Oh, you can find phones, basic TV's & general electronic items too. Clothes are basic. So affordible. This location can fill all your basic needs. Even Sewing machines, drape rods & a plant for your garden. You are on your own. Not much help, as most stores offer very little these days. McDonalds is also inside the store, nail salon, Mobile repair store, etc, etc.”

“This is the one gas station where you can pump gas and go one of the fastest gas stations. There's gas attendant to help which is very helpful if you need help pumping gas.”
