Dropped my car off due to fuel pump failure. They quoted me 2000 for a new fuel pump with is extremely steep. When I picked my car up to go else wear they had stolen my aux cord and other miscellaneous items from my car. Terrible experience.

Davis was able to get my car in quickly, diagnose the problem, and have it ready to go before noon the next day. They were very transparent about costs upfront and provided a very clear breakdown of costs. I will absolutely be using them again in the future!

Had a weird problem with my car. It wouldn't come out of park unless I squeezed the button with both hands and then there were no blinker or brake lights. They found the problem right away but it took two days for the part to come in not bad for a twenty year old car in my opinion. Had a bad wiring harness fixed the next day and my radio doesn't change to the CD player randomly anymore (didn't even bring that up). Price was good I was expecting a lot more when I heard wiring harness. I have been using Davis Auto for over 30years and recommend them to everybody I know

Came in from out of town to visit my daughter. On the way my Ford Super Duty Diesel got high speed death wobbles. Needed a quick turn around with out paying through the nose. I got a detailed estimate and I authorized repairs. Got it back in great time. There was a little problem. It’s how it was handled that was amazing! Very professional staff. I would highly recommend Davis Auto Repair in Gilroy Ca.

Came in with no appointment and a last minute request for brake services. They were able to turn it around within 2 days (sooner than they initially estimated) and caught some minor wear damage that I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. Great experience all around!

I highly recommend this shop to anyone near or far. My car traveled 3 hours to specifically be worked on by Dean and the team he has. The honesty alone is all but worth it. After only a couple hours I had a full detailed list of what absolutely had to be done, and things that could wait if need be. Of course since its in their possession I did everything I possibly could get done. Everyone is professional and proficient, with no wasted time. Davis Auto was very thorough and quick in taking care of my granddaughter's vehicle. I appreciated the explanations of what was needed and their professionalism in how they run their business. My long time mechanic left town so I plan on using Davis Auto for my future car needs.

Great service! I was referred here to get a tire part fixed and so glad I was. The woman working behind the counter was very friendly and professional and helped me over the phone and when I arrived. Their waiting area is so clean and comfortable. Even have hot coffee for their customers. I definitely will be back here!

Dean, is a very good mechanic, but his shop is very unorganized. I will recommend using his services since he is a good mechanic but make sure to follow up with his team about timeframes and don't leave his shop with out making sure you are getting what you paid for. My recommendation for this shop will be to respect customers time and communicate with them accordingly. I will look for a reliable Mechanic in the area. Pros: * Good Knowledge * Local Cons: * Lack of customer communication. * Unreliable * Unorganized * Expensive

Great service. They went above and beyond. I had an appointment at the of the month to get new tires put on however a friend noticed the steel cords showing through. I called Dean and even though he was fully booked for the day, he managed to squeeze me in and deliver my car! Definitely can find service like that anymore! Thank you again!!!!
