I don’t remember his name but the man who helped me on 7/27/23 was like a giant teddy bear! He was incredibly kind and compassionate. He really helped me out during a rough situation with my phone and helped me get an affordable replacement. Excellent customer service and a genuinely good human being

Great offers and service but don't display a phone and not have it in stock. At least help the customer order in line and don't try to send them to a other city, when they could have it shipped to the house. It's your job bit mine

The guy kept answering his phone while helping us . Think it was his girlfriend who called 2 times during our short visit. The store had the screen protectors we needed for our new ph. I won't ever shop there again. I prefer cricket store in Morgan Hill much better. The customer service in Morgan Hill store is 109 times better.
