“The employees are very friendly, but there’s one thing that’s a bit annoying: to get a discount, you need to buy two pairs of pants. I just wanted one pair of pants.”
“The location is a little bit different from the other stores nearby but once you get there, I definitely think you should come in because they give better deals and a lot of the others in the outlet. they have great deals on their backpacks and snow gear, especially in the back to school season. I almost bought that red backpack myself. One time the sale was backpacks 50% off and if you buy a backpack, your whole bill is an additional 30% off so that was a really really really really good deal. The workers are nice and let you try many times if you gave them the wrong phone number or email address for their member rewards program. Definitely a 10/10.”
“Staff was friendly, not knowledgeable, but friendly..had no idea on sizing for mens clothes, that was a crapshoot..wound up returning everything I got for me.. My best guess at lack of sizes for men, was a bit more accurate then theirs..so I did keep that..”

“We just went in and were immediately welcomed by a sweet lady named Rhonda. She helped us find everything in the store and explained the sale to us which helped a lot. She really went above and beyond when I found a item I wanted but might exchange sizes on with no tag, she was gonna right on the receipt that it said no tag but instead she made a tag!!!! What!!!! That was so amazing and we had a heart to heart about family stuff and made us leaving with a better more beautiful insight on our life.”
“Alex was an amazing help without him asking I almost left with nothing I felt overstimulated and couldn't find my size and almost didn't want to bother he helped me find exactly what I wanted and helped me find my size and I actually was looking for the wrong size all along I needed a smaller one he even order pants I wanted online I bought 4 pairs and would have bought more if I didn't have restrain everything was clean and well organized best Zumiez experience I've had because of him super friendly amazing customer service overall”

The store is clean and tidy, clothing racks are impeccable, organized and all sizes are stocked. I require the help of SA's to set up my dressing room with my selections. The SA are experts in the brands style, range and fit. I can always count on a honest opinion from the SA by recommending items to keep and items to ditch. I can always score great sales bargains on special occasion apparel at the Gilroy location. If you require work apparel that ups your game, BB Gilroy outlet is where you need to shop.”

“I have found great deals at this store. Their fashion earrings are so cheap but really nice. One card of earrings could have as many as 5 or more pairs in varying sizes for less than $10. I lose them all the time and for that price I don't mind too much.”

Items are priced high and there was no one checking out on a Saturday. I still remember when the checkout line used to look like the HomeGoods checkout line.

“I like to stop at Eddie Bauer Outlet when passing through Gilroy. Unfortunately this time I left my purchase at the Skecher's Outlet and was almost three hours down the road before I realized. Luckily, two Outlet employees came to my rescue. Oliver, who works at Skechers, brought my bag to Abel, who works at Eddie Bauer. Abel returned my shirt and called me back to notify me when he did. I think he is a manager, but he should give himself employee of the month. I definitely recommend Eddie Bauer Outlet in Gilroy. Ask for Abel.”

Then Bianca went above and beyond to help us find just the right stuff, searching online and later finding the last pair in the back. “Stopped by Work World at Camino Arroyo in Gilroy to pick up some work pants — specifically the BN3334-M in brown — and they had exactly what I needed. The store’s not huge, but it’s super organized and easy to browse. Staff were really friendly, helpful, and knew their inventory well, which made things smooth. Honestly, one of the better experiences I’ve had shopping for work gear. If you’re looking for solid workwear without the hassle, this is the place.”
