“Staff was friendly, not knowledgeable, but friendly..had no idea on sizing for mens clothes, that was a crapshoot..wound up returning everything I got for me.. My best guess at lack of sizes for men, was a bit more accurate then theirs..so I did keep that..”
“Called beforehand to ask about Folklorico shoes for my daughter. They were super helpful and told me they would put her shoe size aside for me until I could drive there from San Jose that day. Once there, they were so kind and helpful. The lady helped me find the right size for her to make sure they had some wiggle room for her to grow into. The shoes were expensive but you can tell they are gear quality and I am happy to support local. They have a wonderful array of Folklorico skirts, blouses and even jewelry. Will be coming back if we need more things.”

I have had not bad experiences at the store or online. Only today, I applied for the card because it says you can save 30% today. I wanted to save me more, so I did. But I was never given the discount a the time of purchase, instead I received an email with the coupon/discount that I need to use in the next 30 days. So, if you’re applying for the card because you want to save extra, here it is what happened to me.The good thing is that I received the 30% off and also, $10 in rewards ??♀️ . I am not planning on buying more this year, so.. probably going to pass it to someone %”
