I stopped to get some gas and bite to eat at the Chevron/Extra Value store. I thought Chevron gas stations were supposed to have clean bathrooms. This Chrevron/Extra Mile store bathroom is always dirty out of order. All the soda were out so I couldn't a fountain drink. All the hot dogs and other hot foods were out too.

they took 15 dollars of mine. SO rude. there wasn't any gas pumping into my car so I told them after giving them my money and they wouldn't give it back.

There car wash is brand new and it worked perfectly on my car not to mention it is a clean sanitary place in genral with amazing gas prices.

Literally the only gas station I'll go to in Gilroy now. Working Apple Pay. All pumps work and if broken their fixed very soon. Clean and modern. I only get gas here. They put all others here to shame

Went to fill up. The pump was running very slowly so I was just sitting in my car. When it reached $45 and was still going, I stepped out to see what was happening. The pumps automated shut off was obviously broken. Gas was pouring out of my car and over the floor. I went inside to let them know and also ask for some money back since it was broken. Man at the register told me he couldn't do that and I would have to speak to the manager. He told me to wait outside. The manager came. I explained what happened and he picks up the pump and tells me it's fine. Says he cannot give me any money back. I told him to at least clean it up since it was a fire hazard and he asks me how he's supposed to do that. Terrible customer service and most of all unsafe since they didn't recognize the hazard, and said he didn't know how to clean up a gas spill. You would assume there are safety procedures in place but I guess not.

The lady working this morning(10/18/2019) 8:20am is the same usual lady that always seems to lack customer service. I have shopped and spent a couple thousand of dollars in past few years with this location. I have always come in respectfully to only be treated as non existent or with no customer service at all. Can never get a reply from the lady even when requesting an amount of gas to put or when I even say thank you I get nothing in return besides a sour face. Honestly management needs to train staff or hire a staff with real customer service skills otherwise you’ll all get treated how you treat others.. like C R A P!

Let me just start with wow they have some great coffee for a great price and i love how wide of the selection they have. Second they are so quick to help with the propane exchange it was awesome we were in and out great customer service

With consistently higher prices than valero (now 76) just across the street ill stick with what I already preferred. Today, for instance, chevron is .06 higher for reg and .05 higher for midgrade than 76
