Okay so I fill my gas tank for 64.99 and while I'm inside taking pictures as I have many Chevron stations the register person says who are you with I said myself just doing a Google review he then let's me know I must wait when I said I wanted to leave he detained me saying to stay until the manager lady comes again I just wanted to continue with my day without the detainment. But then the manager lady who says her name was Suzy but short lady about 5ft tall caramel colored working Saturday March 2nd at 4:30 pm says I can't take pictures with some attitude and makes the situation very awkward. When the name of the gas station is "extra mile" and I had no ill intent I didn't need the discomfort as you see no patrons had their picture taken as I'm only there to just do my review get gas and food. But because of the approach and aggression I decided to not get any food but you would think their time would be better spent making a reviewer feel greeted as any other customer. You know the extra mile. As I've NEVER before been made to feel this way and what do you have to hide. If your place of business is to serve the customer a welcoming experience you would want to share all you have to offer hopefully attracting more customers and as it IS Chevrons name on the building you'd think you might want to check with THEM if it's okay to have their business promoted as welcoming and inviting not hostile and aggression. I was so offset by the awkwardness and behavior figured I'd give the NEGATIVE experience review now while fresh on my mind. I suggest if you want gas go to any other place as to feel welcomed and appreciated before here when Suzy or the other employee are working. I'm still posting the pictures and if they have an issue maybe take it up with Chevron and or their corporate to "Extra Mile" and if still an issue then they are welcome to bring it to me the consumers attention and I will address it then. I also suggest they forward me a copy of their policies and procedures that's dated PRIOR to this interaction that says pictures are not allowed. Also suggest they train their employees about customer service, a welcoming attitude, and whether they want to be transparent about the inside of their gas stations where the customers go or have something to hide?

Again went here as it down the street from shell had station to get something to drink , and as I went up to the security window the. Indian man that was working here at 1:30am saw me , and crossed his arms in an X signaling that he's closed. Why do these gas stations say there open 24 hrs or have security windows, but it's not the store it's the lazy, if not nervous employee who works there. What cracks me up, I pulled up in a 18 wheeler, and you think that it's my get away vehicle lol ?

Online the business states 24hrs. Upon arriving and refueling our business vehicle we noticed the overnight employee in the lot blowing trash and dust off the property. After fueling we proceeded to go inside and the doors were locked. The employee saw us and two vehicles outside waiting. He continues to blow trash and dust off the property. After 11mins of standing outside the door waiting for the employee be finally walks towards us. Not to open the door but to grab the broom. When asked if they were open he says no and states they are closed 2-4am. We advised the employee that it was 4:11am. He says no to us and walks away. As we pull out of the business the employee walks to the door and unlocks the business. This employee was extremely unprofessional and turned down business to customers waiting patiently.

Sometimes closes at midnight sometimes at 2am but either way once closed doeant open till 5am if lucky but says it's 24hrs
