“Had an awesome experience at this Hertz today thanks to Nicholas. We arrived right at closing time yet he proceeded to assist us for the next 20+ minutes with a damage claim on a rental, and also helped us by adding an additional driver to our car rental. Was quick and easy, and we felt that Nicholas went above and beyond in assisting us, definitely had a great experience here!”

“Considering that this was a “second-choice” rental when our airport rented car was not available, it was a pretty good experience. With the loss of the airport car (from another provider), we needed to make our reservation on short notice. Because of that, our preferred car was not available and we subsequently went back to exchange which added to the inconvenience of the rental experience. However, both vehicles were clean and well maintained. Although there was trouble with the satellite radio in the first vehicle, the agent made a reasonable compensation at check-in. We will rent from Enterprise again and in the future, they will be our first choice.”
