Didn’t have my oil filter in stock even though I had an appointment. (I have a ‘21 Tahoe, which is one of the most popular SUV’s). This caused a delay in completing the service. Also, they said my oil level was low and I needed further diagnostics to identify why. My Tahoe DOESN’T leak oil. The only reason it would be low is because last time I got my oil changed at Bruce’s they installed a defective oil filter which caused a leak at the connection to the motor. I had to take it back two times for them to figure this out. They told me they replaced the filter and topped off the oil. Well, I guess they didn’t and my Tahoe was not filled with the correct amount of oil.
Lastly, they want to charge $200 for an alignment. Seems absurdly hi.

Suddenly, I went to replace a punctured tire, and they replaced it right away, checked the high pressure of the spare tire, and taught me how to store it. I was deeply touched by the smile and kindness. Every time I visited, they were always kind because of the car tire. I will continue to visit this store

Very willing to help me quickly with tires for my Lexus, ordered them and put the on the next day while I waited amazing staff and very pleasant to work with. Also the facility was very clean snd comfortable.

We had a blowout on our rv east of gilroy on 152. We were heading out for a vacation and worried our trip was ruined. We ended up at Bruce’s Tire, and they took care of us right away. New tires and back on the road within 45 minutes! Excellent, friendly, quick, and expert service for a great price.
