Don’t shop here; they won’t issue refunds. They will only give you store credit no matter what; super shady; they should explain return policy if you can NEVER return for money back.

The store manager Alexander & his assistant Jordan were super helpful during our visit. They were so patient & brought out a lot of different styles that my partner was interested in. If something didn't fit right, they wouldn't push the sale! Great guys!!

This place is a standup, pristine establishment. I called an hour ahead of time to check availability on three different color suits. Because I am borderline big n tall, and several other stores are out of stock on EVERYTHING, it posed very difficult to find a decent, last minute, suit. Alex assisted me over the phone and knew, off the top of his head, what sizes and color suits he had in stock. Wow! Holy s**** I was expecting to be on hold for at least 10 minutes, but not this time.. He pulled three suits from his sales floor and had them hung up behind the register when I arrived an hour later. Alex assisted me and another customer, simultaneously, and I was able try on the dark blue which fit perfectly. The whole transaction took less than 15 minutes; and because of Alex, I'm relieved of the last minute stress this suit-shopping has caused. Thank you Alex. I wish retail stores would employ more hustlers like you.

First time shopper at Hugo Boss and not knowing about their rules, was advised no returns or no money for unsatisfied product that is supposed to be too notch but did not feel like it or wearing it. Spending more money or buying brands sometimes equates to garbage I am not happy with Boss business regulations they enforce. I will not be making any more purchases as they are expensive at actual retail and outlet store shop and not let the customer have the last word on numerous options as other stores have them

This is my favorite Hugo Boss outlet in the entire West Coast. I have been to all 9 outlets in California, NV, AZ, and CO and the Gilroy outlet has the best selection when it comes to men's wear. The store couldn't be located in a better area, it has so much open parking, easy access to the freeway, and the best thing is that I never have to wait in line when I arrive. The staff members and managers all know me and my son by our first names and are always on their highest standard of customer service when we arrive to buy clothes. Noel and Alex will do the best job to make sure you look sharp and are always able to go the extra mile for their customers and even help me find something that is special ordered when it's not in stock. Thanks again.
