This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had, there is no common sense in this place. A car with a damaged fender and two damaged tires has taken more than three months to change a sticker and with that person there at the front desk it doesn't help He doesn't know anything other than to extend dates every time you ask how the process is going, absolutely not recommended, please change now and be honest

Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve had to bring my vehicle to Bonfonte collision due to a hit-and-run. I am extremely Satisfied with the quality of work that was performed both times on my CRV. The customer service manager, Dawn Was very helpful and friendly, Extremely helpful with all of my questions. My vehicle was returned to me on time as promised.
I would recommend Bonfonte collision to anybody looking for quality work And Very friendly customer service

Bonfante is the best body shop around! They worked well with my insurance company, were extremely professional, and their work was superior. I highly recommend this company, and I love Dawn! She was amazing!

I was very saddened to read the reviews that were given about alleged theft because I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Bonfante Collision Center:
It’s understandable that a trusting individual would normally just feel OK to leave their belongings in the car HOWEVER on a common sense level, I would never give anyone the opportunity to take my valuables because I’m going to leave my vehicle somewhere knowing it’s going to be out of my sight ..no matter how much I trust the establishment/or a person that I may loan my car to.
If I have something valuable, I’m going to take it out before leaving my vehicle somewhere. But on that note, I have taken my vehicle twice in the last four years to Bonfante; once over two years ago and then I just picked up our auto today.
I LOVE THE STAFF MEMBERS, ESPECIALLY DAWN!!
The office always communicates with us to let us know if there’s a delay in receiving auto parts, or keeps us updated on any matter concerning our vehicle. Also: when a part was ordered for our vehicle, Miss Dawn returned it because she was not satisfied with it so she was not going to put it on our vehicle. This is another reason why I trust them so much. I feel that they repair our car as if they were repairing their own vehicles. They leave them looking better sometimes than what we took them in or before they had damage to them!
SO ON THAT NOTE : I would like to give a big shout out of praise and thanks to all the staff there for an OUTSTANDING QUALITY PERFORMANCE in their work detail along with their GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Getting back to the comments about alleged theft; I would like to share my own personal experience with Bonfante: even though I usually make a habit of securing most of my valuables before exiting my vehicle for long periods of time, I accidentally left a pair of Versace ( $1000+ )pair of sunglasses in the top visor eyewear compartment of my car. By the time, I realized that I had left them in there, 1 week had passed, and since I reside in San Jose, I was not trying to make a special trip back to Gilroy until it was time time to pick up the car after repairs. GUESS WHAT: they were still there when I picked up the vehicle!
SO ON THAT NOTE :
It should be common sense but I guess (some of us just do not seem to have common sense ) so if it’s something valuable, you don’t leave it !
That warning is posted in just about every business that you go to.
I understand that if you have more trust towards people, you may not think it necessary.. but that is no excuse to leave your valuables and then blame someone if they are supposedly or allegedly taken. That would be your negligence not securing your so called valuables.
My further experience with staff members that I’ve met at BONFANTE : from what I conclude judging by their whole persona, and interactions with them, I don’t see anyone at that business as being a thief or any other way. So I look forward to future great customer service if I should ever need to repair another vehicle because there is absolutely 110% trust from my family to the Bonfante Collision Center “family”.
If anyone feels the need to question this review, please feel free to Google my name because I am an actual customer and I will be returning if needed. I will add photos at a future date.

I had my new Lexus for only a week when I was sideswiped. I was worried that my new car would never be the same. However, the Bonfante team car through! Great finish, on time and kept me in the loop with progress. Car has no scars and looked new again with everything perfectly matched.

The repair work was top notch but definitely make sure you take your valuable out. I didn't consider these very valuable so I left them but was still surprised to see so many things missing. I was also saddened to see some other people also had some things taken out of their vehicle too after looking at recent reviews. I didn't notice really until I got home as after I got my Honda back I noticed several things missing. Someone ransacked all the storage compartments and took three of my fiancee's bracelets on the shifter, a bottle of cologne and an unopened bottle of perfume, they also took a mini vacuum, and randomly an emergency prescription Epi Pen. Everything was gone thru. My guess is their team is great. But someone directly or indirectly involved with repairs is having a field day. Surprisingly they left my bank checkbook but prob not without taking pictures. The account is now closed. Likely will not come back sad to say.

Everyone we dealt with was extremely pleasant and professional (Mike, Dawn, and Abbey). Our vehicle was returned in beautiful condition. No evidence of the original damage could be found, and the paint matched perfectly. They not only returned the vehicle with a cleaner exterior then when it arrived, but they went above and beyond by vacuuming and cleaning the interior.A rating of 10 does not due them justice.

They did an excellent service with my Honda Passport but they stole things I had inside.I honestly recommend that if you take your car to this place, do not leave valuable things inside it because they will be stolen like me, they stole two perfumes from me, 60 dollars that I had in a purse inside the trunk in the middle of the front seats. a gold medal that I left there myself that had my 10k chain, I feel bad saying this but it is the reality and they also did not program the sensors on my truck and I have to lose another day of work in case of bad service.

Friendly, professional, and made my car repair through an insurance claim smooth from start to finish. My car was completed earlier than expected and Dawn was very communicative from start to finish!

Customer service was terrible I had to keep calling to find out when my car was going to be completed it was pushed out 3 times without letting The insurance or the rent a car company know When I finally got there to pick it up the car was terrible and it took another week to fix it
