I would’ve given this zero stars to be honest the service sucks cause there’s no service I walk in and the employees are just sitting at the counter talking and just being on their phones I Was at the ammo counter for like 45 minutes and wasn’t helped till I and again I had to be the one to make eye contact only to find out no one was even allowed to sell ammo

Asked for go pros told me to look what ever they have didn’t even say look in that section or anything. Long hair guy and small dread lock guy talking about relationships more than paying attention to customers doesn’t bother me but I would take care of my job if I were them i came looking for dash cam and he said no(long hair guy) keeped talking to he’s co worker and I found a bunch for sale $30 I could of walked out and they would of loss business

associates were playing UNO at the front counter when I walked in, and when I asked if they had a product they said "I don't think so" and left it at that. Didn't even try to move or look around. Weirdest and lamest interaction I have ever had, anywhere.

My son needed cleats for track and field. There were no track shoes on display so I asked a female employee if they had any and she said they did. She told me she would send over a shoes associate to assist us. The male employee came over and was very helpful in getting us the shoes we needed. I'm very happy with the customer service we received as well as the shoes we bought. I'm sorry I didn't get the male employees name but thank you! (Purchase date was 4-23-23.)

I thought I was at Home Depot clerks were on the front chatting away NO customer service! Other customers were also looking around for assistance. Won’t go back again even Walmart has Better service in shoe department

Staff is super friendly and helpful! They even gave me a sweet coupon discount for my daughter's Adidas sneakers where the final price was essentially half off. Everything in the store is decently priced too.
