Yep, the reviews are correct. No greetings in any way. The workers are all just busy chatting from beginning to end.
BUT, this store does have a lot of inventory on boots. and they did a good job showcasing it.

It's not impress, but it has a good variety of items. It had a lot of customers. However, the young ladies that work there need a lot of work on their customer service. They were not friendly at all. Not once did they offer help. The store looks clean and there is a lot of parking space to park.

This Ariat location had extremely limited inventory. The salespeople were very apologetic and tried their best to help but it was still frustrating that there were barely any boots to try on.
