Adidas has by far the worst customer service in store and online. I had a 50$ gift card and An adidas worker a couple weeks ago scratch off the pin and was no longer able to use the gift card. So the manager then says I have call online to get it replaced only to find out I have to wait 14 days for a replacement. And till this day I have not gotten a replacement.

All main line shoes (gazelles, sambas) are excluded from the store wide promotions. 50% off all shoes except shoes that people want, even the nicest colourways of the Stan smiths aren’t even on sale. Thumbs down, don’t waste your time here.

Each time I visit Gilroy, I always stop by here. They have great discounts and a fairly decent variety of shoes and clothes all at good prices. The staff is also very helpful and we're very patient with my questions

To whom it may concern ,I'm sending the requested pictures in order to get reimbursed for this defective product. I feel frustrated that this could have been resolved at the store and it wasn't because the store manager/ supervisor at the Gilroy outlets Mike decided not to help me . When I asked for the reason for the denial, the number of the manager and his name , he refused to give it to me , confronting me instead of maintaining a professional, helpful manner stating that the shoes are dirty, and not letting me explain that the reason why I bought this shoes is to play a sport and of course expecting Adidas quality and not for them to get damage in a month .
