This 7-Eleven location is completely useless as a convenience store because it is closed almost every single night. They lock the door and tape a sign that says "closed for cleaning" in pen almost every night of the week. I can't tell if it's legitimate or if it's just the employees locking up because they don't want to work graveyard hours.

Does not accept Apple Cash and they keep piling up merch in front of their windows ! I recommend going to another store as this store will never remember your name or care about their customer service as it feels like your walking into a 711 not located in gilroy california.

Best 711 in town. They always have coffee and milk is full. Other 711’s always runs out and have limited options.

Never coming here again. The lady was really rude and I was not aware that she had just mopped in the back area where the Slurpees are and I could hear her speak in Spanish to her coworker and she said “this guy is going to keep me mopping until December”. The nachos also tasted really stale even though the expiration date was still good. When I went to pay she was really rude with the way she was talking to me as well. I am always respectful to everybody that I meet and talk to especially at my job where I work as a grocery store clerk and have never been disrespectful towards to anyone.

Do not go to this 7-Eleven using a credit card or EBT card. They have a card reader in there that will take your money from you. This is the second time that this has happened to someone that I know in my self so do not use any credit card with a swipe on there they are or someone’s in there, taking your information and reusing it in a nether country in town and country. Make sure you check your card not the next day give it like two or three days and then try to either Car, your EBT card or your credit card and see if any other transaction has been done

this place is right down the street so I use it frequently. its the same as a thousand other 7-11's but one thing that makes it stand out is the older Mexican gentleman. he is a really cool guy always has a smile and asks how your doin.really welcoming. I know other people who like him a lot as well. the only reason im doing this review is to give him his props. give that man a raise or leadership role he would be really good at it

I've shopped here for a couple years now. I've been noticing lately that they dont honor their own promotions. I show them the expiration dates on the promos and they just blame the system. That them just flat out lying cuz they can adjust the price to be correct. Also theres been more than 3 occasions they add a "checkout charge" on my total. I caught it and asked what it was. He said it was a bag fee when i clearly had no bag, its been multiple times. Watch out for your charges and correct them

Says it is open 24 but it's not. Been there many times early Morning and it has been closed. They should update their site to post normal business hours.

Best 711 in my town ... the new owner is really cool .. & always take care the coustomer ... they have fresh coffie & donuts ? 24/7 .. I recommend to go there with all star ⭐️

Wow! This has to be my favorite 7-11 in the area! The new owner is lovely! I come here everyday for my morning coffee and doughnut! Can't begin to describe the incredible experience I had here! Great prices and super friendly employees! 10/10 experience!

Refused service because "we are closed for an hour". After asking nicely what the problem is, the guy just refuses to respond straight up. If there is a legitimate problem, how hard is it to explain why so we can understand ? Not the first time this guy with the red convertible is giving myself and other customers attitude. I'll take my business elsewhere.
