We don't have many late night options for late night shopping. Bring one of the only places open late in this town you would think the service wouldn't be as bad as it is. But I guess when you know you are one of the only options, you can give whatever kind of service. Definitely not how a business should be ran. In regards to their customer service or lack there of..... I am bilingual and It's frustrating watching the associates here completely ignore people that don't speak Spanish. If you look like you don't speak Spanish they don't even bother acknowledging you. The associates that work late night constantly have friends that linger and hang out inside and outside of the store. Tacky for business. I wish we had more options in this little town.

Went in this morning, asked to buy a carton of cigarettes, the answer I go was NO! I asked the lady "Are you really not going to sell me cigarettes? Her answer, "yes" I am 60 years old and having been buying cigarettes here for 12 years, not sure what thier issue is but luckily they aren't the only place to buy cigaarettes and frankly since it is a filthy building with horrible service, just one more reason to stay out!

Says it is open 24 hours but it's not. Been there many times early Morning and it has been closed. This morning went by at 3:30am closed. I noticed a year ago someone had issues with them being closed during late night hours. They do not care to fix the little easy details like posting their daily store hours accurately, They should update their site and post on the door their normal business hours. Most 7/11's pride themselves to be open 24/7, but not this one, they are closer to being open 7 am to 11 pm. Please have the courtesy to your customers and update your site and post a sign in your window of your daily business hours.

I arrived at 1250am with my daughter for a late night Slurpee they where closed yet again and will be closed till about 3-4am. Ive seen so many potential customers always coming and having to leave. I've been to plenty of 7/11's and they only close for 1hr then reopen and that's not till 3am. This has been going on for months prior to covid epidemic. Get your store right, and in line.
