I had questions prior to making my purchase online, I called and my questions were politely answered. I was also pleased with the customer service at the counter when picking up my boots. Definitely recommending this place to family & friends.

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Best service and products hands down!! So, I was on the hunt for black leather cowboy boots. I first went to the Boot barn in the area and was so disappointed with the lack of selection and the service, then I went to dsw shoe warehouse, that sucked, I saw the Zapatareia Guadalajara on Google and thought that would be my last try. So so glad I went. I was helped by Timo the owner (I hope I'm spelling that right), family owned business as well...He was so helpful, super patient and knowledgeable. I was impressed by the big selection of boots he had. Not only were there many to choose from, but the prices....UNBEATABLE!!! Fantastic quality and stylish. I choose a gorgeous pair of black leather boots for my birthday and I wear them alllll the time. They are extremely comfortable. I get compliments on them all the time. I cannot recommend them enough!!! Thank you and continue with the amazing service!!!

10/16/23 at 1230pm arrived to check out the store. I called numerous times to ask if they had a hat shaper to no avail. Decided to pay them a visit as I like to support local businesses and the way they portray their store on Instagram is fire! I arrived, the store is very small and looks nothing like the pictures on instagram. There is a female worker who looks at me but says nothing then goes to the back. I wait in the front counter as I want to ask if they shape hats. Waited for 8 min. And no one contacts me. I hear a joyful conversation in the back as I wait, but I give them the benefit of the doubt. The same lady comes out, ignores me so I ask if they have a hat shaper, she doesn't even look at me and says, "no" and keeps walking. As if she was too good for me to ask her a question. In my experience and my own opinion, this was poor service in my book. Never coming back!

Thank you for helping my daughter yesterday. My 17 year old came into his shop in a frantic last night. Thank god he was open it was about 6:40 pm ... she was being chased by a white male driving a black Silverado. My girl doesnt owed a cell phone. She explained the situation to the man and he let her use his phone to call me. May god give you all the wealth for your kindness.

They have some nice shirts, boots and hats. A lot of the boots and belts are made with real caiman leather and they look very nice. :)
