Wrong shipping address, contacted these people immediately after I placed the order and noticed the shipping address was wrong. They emailed me and said that they could not correct the shipping address even though the order had not shipped, therefore I paid for a pair of shoes that I will never receive! I was also told that there is no corporate contact info for me to report my issue too! All reputable companies have a corporate contact for unsatisfied consumers!! Horrible customer service and I will tell any and every body who will listen BBB etc. how horrible these people treat their customers, and how unwilling they are to make things right.

I ordered an item from WSS... 10 days later and after 3 phone calls to customer service they cancelled my order... I have not received a refund yet... Still waiting... Although the customer service people were very nice... I will never buy anything from this business again...No explanation except that it's not available.... Beware of this company!!!!!

I ordered 3 pairs of sneakers and they never arrived. When I called them to ask about the sneakers they said they were delivered. I looked more closely and the order had the wrong zip code. The last 2 numbers were completely wrong. There is absolutely no way I could of inadvertently typed in 13 instead of the correct number 87. The numbers aren't even close together on my phone keypad. I have been at the same zip code for years. Some how their system put in the wrong zip code. They said 2 pairs had been delivered and the other was coming separately. I said I didn't receive them. They said it was my fault and couldn't take responsibility for it. They didn't offer a refund or to even to follow up with UPS. UPS said to call the company so basically I can't do anything to get my sneakers.I can't believe they expect me to eat the cost for something I know I didn't do. This is absolutely not acceptable and I will fight this. I will never shop at this place again.

No stars if possible.WSS online orders are horrible. I placed an order for my sons shoes online and was set for instore pick up in South Gate. 8 hrs later I get an email stating the shoes I ordered were out of stock. I called the store and they had them in stock. What is going on??? Very unprofessional when it comes to online orders. Avoid Online orders, better yet avoid this business.

I would have given them less but this is the only Rate I can give them ,I went to get some shoes and the lady that helped me wouldn’t give me the size that I was asking for (9), she kept saying no your a size 8 I said no I’m actually in 8 1/2 but I can fit into a nine and she’s like well we don’t have it in the house here yet I’m looking at other shoes and they literally have a .5 in sizes so then she kept telling me I would just get these ones the size 8 so I went to go pay for them and they charged me twice I even asked the lady there I said you guys didn’t charge me twice for the shoes did you she said no we didn’t and then I said OK I went home the shoes hurt me again because I’m a size 9 and they gave me a size 8 so I returned them I did not wear them out I did not wear them anywhere I literally had just purchased them the day before and they’ve been in the box ever since I went to return them and they said that they were worn out I said the shoes are not worn out because they’ve been in the box and I haven’t worn them the only time I did if anything wear them was when I was trying to try them on they would not reimburse me since they charge me twice and they made me still have issues so now I’m just stuck with a pair of eight shoes that I can’t wear , I tried to be polite and these girls that look like they shoot out came from high school and didn’t know customer service or very rude and laughing and then I asked for corporate number they didn’t even give me the phone number then when I talk to corporate they have stated they couldn’t do anything about it I said the shoes were not worn out I had just purchase of the day before I said that I wanted to get reimbursed for the money because I was charged twice she said oh I might go back on it might not this store is very unprofessionaland very disappointed in the way the treated me , working in customer service for a very long time I was taught to always try to make the customer happy and see what I can do but these girls literally did nothing and gave me a very bad attitude and didn’t help at all I would not recommend going here .

I paid for 3 different (colors ) not the same pair of Jordan 1 mid and I tried to return one pair and they say I cannot get my money back for one pair. The return policy they are trying to enforce is not in writing and i can only exchange for another pair...The policy stated Jordan’s retro’s brought on release date is final sale... the shoes are not retro and we’re not brought on release date.. this policy will make me not shop here anymore because if I buy 3 shoes on impulse and decide I only want 2 I cannot return one for refund..never will I make that mistake again and i should of been aware of the policy before I brought all 3 pairs

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from this company and I had to exchange for a bigger size and it has been nearly 4 weeks later and they keep telling me that they will send me an email confirmation saying that they are shipping them out and I still have yet to hear anything I keep getting the same tire excuse over and over every week I'm definitely going to contact the better business bureau take my advice and do not purchase anything from this company you will be greatly dissatisfied

For being as big as they are, you would think they would care more about customers. Ordered shoes online on the 24th and I’m still waiting for an email with an ETA. I called the store where I’m suppose to pick up the shoes and they have no idea where they’re coming from. I was told Oakland now they’re telling Santa Ana but the order is still pending? Really, still pending? Emailed they’re corporate office which they don’t answer the phone and if you leave your number you’re not getting a call back. It said 15 minutes for someone to call you back, it’s been 3 days. Sent two emails and I’m still waiting for a reply. This is not how you treat customers. I have no way of cancelling the order, son much for convenience. I have the call the store for a follow up which ends up with, we don’t know when the shoes will be here. Do yourself a favor and avoid shopping online with this company. Whoever is in charge of the customer service part of your company needs to be evaluated because They have no clue on how to take care or communicate with customers. Thank you for nothing and hopefully one day I’ll get my shoes or money back.

This place allowed me to order shoes through their site that they dont carry any longer. Not ran out of stock, but rather they don't exist. So they cancelled the order and 11 days later my money has not been refunded. I've called multiple times and its a different answer each time. Last time i was told within 24 hours. First and last time doing business with this site. Went to better business bureau and surprise! Nothing but bad ratings. So, hopefully this review saves someone else from getting ripped off right before Christmas.

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered some shoes for my husband for father's day. Order was placed on 06/04/2020 and I received the confirmation e-mail about my order and later that day received the confirmation my order was shipped, and it said an additional e-mail will be sent with the tracking number. ( I had the order shipped to a store near me). I thought great already got it going it should be here before father's day, nope. It is 06/18/2020. I have not heard an update nor have I received the shipping address. Called "customer service" again 06/18/2020 at 9:30 A.M., it said they are not open. I called last week and I get a voicemail, left a message, and have not heard back. I'm understanding that delivery may take longer than before due to the pandemic but two weeks since I have ordered not even a tracking number?? This company should be careful the economy is a little shaky not a good time to be pushing away sales or customers.
