I worked at the doctor's office, this morning i received phone call from pharmacy tech to talk to the office manager. I told the tech that my manager is busy and if i can get the message. The tech started to raise the voice and accusing us of trying to delay the process for pt. We explained to them that we did everything on our end, we are waiting for the insurance to respond. She went on and on questioning my action which totally mean she doubt that i would even bother passing the message and that our office would do the prior authorization for pt. This kind of attitude just blown my mind of how a person in this profession can communicate with no class. It shocked me to the point that I had to tell her she so rude and hang up on her. Then she called another 2 times to continue her rudeness. Later on, the pharmacist called but not to make things better. We asked for their names but they protective of each other so no name was obtained. I will file a formal complaint to their manager.

I would give this pharmacy zero starts if possible. Most of their pharmacy staff members are incompetent. Please send your prescriptions elsewhere.

I could have sworn I've written a review about this place! This is my neighborhood Rite-Aid, the one I usually go to when I need certain things. Usually meds or vitamins and the like. But one of the reasons I love Rite-Aid is that at anytime I walk in, it always brings me back in the days when it was still called Thrifty's. And that they're the only one who has my one of my favorite ice creams, the rainbow sherbet. That's big considering my palate isn't really for anything sweet. Staff are always friendly whenever I come through. It's always clean and for the most part, everything is usually where they're supposed to be. So, yeah. All of my stops here have all been good. Unless something disastrous happens, there will always be future visits...

I normally don't patronize Rite Aid in my city because CVS and Walgreens are closer and unfortunately Rite Aid is in the sketchy part of town. Daytime is fine though. I had to go by US Bank and it was so hot I started thinking about the rainbow sherbet from Thrifty's (now RiteAid). As a kid, nothing was better than getting cones with those cylinder shaped scoops. I had to have the ice cream. When I checked the freezers, I was heartbroken to find no sherbet. My trek had been in vain. I chose 2 other acceptable alternatives since it was 2 for $8. I made my downtrodden walk to the checkout. I told the cashier my sad childhood tale and found no sherbet. The guy smiled and asked me if I'd like him to double check? Is the Pope Catholic? Heck yes. The other cashier started ringing me up and asked me if I remembered the old Thrifty and how it was set up. We talked about the old school store until the other guy came back with...MY RAINBOW SHERBET! Life was worth living once again. The clerk even helped when my Rite Aid card wouldn't work. Told me how to text and get an updated one. My old phone entered manually worked but I thought it would be better to get a new one with my current info. I got my discount and found a new respect for Rite Aid. The 2 gentlemen working the register on Monday July 31at 2:56 pm. Those guys seriously deserve a pay raise. They make your company look so good. Fantastic customer service. As I mentioned before, it's not the best area but it's fine during the day. There's plenty of parking behind Redondo Beach Blvd and it's close to many fast food places in this shopping center. Just avoid it after dark unless you like to live dangerously. Many robberies, shootings, shady activities after 9 pm. I dont think having the Hustler card club a half mile away helps. Anyway, thank you to the 2 guys working the cashier registers. You guys are awesome.

As soon as I walked in we were greeted. The store is always clean and all of the items are stacked neatly on the shelves. This location also has Amazon lockers located in the back of the store.

Especially during these continuing Pandemic times, it is comforting to be able to breeze in & out of a thoroughly clean and uncluttered store with well staffed walk-up & drive-through pharmacy. I was in & out in no time. I even stumbled upon a great deal on ice cream and brought some of that home just to chill. Thank you RiteAid. You helped me get what I needed & to chill.

Plenty of parking which is good. The location itself was well stocked. The cashiers can be a little bit more friendlier especially when the customer is. Very nice lean location.

Extremely low customer experience. Employees are rude and unwilling to do tasks at a satisfactory level. Rude and have a grunt and groan condition when responding to customer questions. How can a crew of employees have such negative dispositions and condoned by management. Customers pay twice; monetary and treated sub par. No one wants to dip ice cream. The employees will say the counter is closed or you just have to wait for someone to return from break. Not nice experiences.

My wife and I were wanting to get the Moderna Covid vaccine booster shot as early as possible. I went to my neighborhood RiteAid and they had no appointments available so we headed to the Gardena location where we were greeted warmly by the pharmacy staff who immediately put us into the application process. In a matter of minutes we were called to get the injections...my wife went first and very quIckly the door was open and she was done and it was my turn. We were both impressed by the painless efficiency of the process. We sat down for several minutes to make sure of no after effects and we were soon on our way home. Really a positive experience on all fronts and we were both impressed by the whole store. Many thanks to all.

I will always visit a Rite Aide for the wrong reasons sometimes lol. I stopped by this location a few weeks ago, to get some Icecream and a couple of other useless items and junk food lol other than some medication i did not pic up.Nice big looking location with a big selection of items. Staff are super friendly here. Place is really clean and all the shelves are organized. If im ever in the area again, I will return again.

I have never had a problem at this rite aid until today's visit. I went to the drive thru pharmacy to do my covid test. An older Asian lady assisted me at the window and handed me the swab and test tube. As she was pushing out the tray to me, she pushed it out really hard and the wind caught onto the swab and blew it onto the floor outside. She had already opened it, so I let her know that the wind blew it out of the tray and she told me "we don't have enough, can you go get it and use it?" I told her no, because she had already opened it and she said it was sealed, but it wasn't. She tried to get me to use it for a little bit but I kept saying no because I wasn't going to put a swab that fell on the floor into my nose. She said she would give me a new one this time but told me next time if that happens then I would have to use the one they initially gave, but it wasn't my fault she pushed the tray so hard that it flew out... you would think they would be more understanding with covid going on. I just can't believe she tried to get me to use an unsanitary swab
