This Wells Fargo Gardena California branch is so horrible!!!! Bad customer service!!!! We have appointment today That was set up 3 weeks ago. It’s 10am and we arrived at 957am. Then I saw that they first attended to the walk in client than us. Where in fact, I walked in also around 3 weeks ago and they did not attend to us and the manager asked us to set an appointment. Then they attended first those that have no appointment? Calling the TOP management of Wells Fargo, I hope this kind of bad service.

Poor customer service Everyone is upset in the line . They have 3 bank tellers in the middle of the day on a Wednesday . This is the worst. The security guard is trying crowd control which it definitely not working . No one is listening to her . I will not be back all. The armed guard who drops off money even has to wait cuz no one is around to open the door. He's shaking his head in distress. Oh and did I mention it's the first of the month

Lines out the door 30 people deep. Not worth the wait.

I see this Wells Fargo had like 2 stars. I was reluctant to go but I knew I had to take care of some business. To my surprise I was very pleased. The line started outside the front door. I was like oh no I'm going to be here forever. The line moved pretty quickly. Finally made it to the teller and Francisco was very pleasant. He had excellent customer service. I didn't have any issues. Just because people give bad reviews doesn't mean you will because I didn't.

This is literally THEE worst Wells Fargo I've ever visited!!!! I just scrolled down & have come to realize, leaving a review is somewhat pointless. This is similar to the Spirit airlines experience. To the executive folks at the top, you should do better! I understand that this location is in the 90247, however, customer service should matter & it definitely falls at the waist side. Your employees are extremely lack luster and it is apparent they are not happy. One teller for 10-15 people in line puts a lot of unnecessary stress on the teller as well as the people in line. Do better.

Long wait just to ask some questions about a business account that was to be transferred over to me. In the end, the teller and the security guard were kind and gave great service and care, which saved this review. 5 stars for them (and for the drive through ATM), but it was a bit understaffed.

This bank is closed. Only ATM's are open. It was a good bank in it's day. But it is totally closed right now. Don't waist your time coming over here, unless it's for the ATM.

So someone who has an account at Wells Fargo wrote a check directly to me. They wanted to make sure that it cleared before the end of the year, so I went directly to Wells Fargo to cash the check. Do you know that they charged me $7.50 because I don't have an account with Wells Fargo? That is Just foolishness!

This branch always have problems. The bank is not open at the moment because no employees showed for work. I always have to go to the Torrance branch on Artesia to get good service.

This bank truly does not care about their customers. My stepdad and I have been banking with them close to a quarter century. Within that time, and so unfortunately so, SD has developed Alzheimer's Dementia. Before he got worse, we got going on a few legal things - a POA included - because we anticipated he is going to get worse. And he has. A little history: he has a son who has repeatedly conned him of his money (for drugs and other illegal purposes, you guys know how the story goes.) So to protect him from this, we have taken precautions (we took his ATM card as well as his ID and just give him a weekly allowance which he is happy about.) But today, he managed to escape our watch and walked to the bank. Without an ID or ATM card, he was able to withdraw $500. I was curious as to how this happened, so I went there myself to speak to a banker. No one was available. So I spoke to a teller (Jennifer) who said no banker will be available until the next day and even then, "they're already fully booked." I asked how he managed to get that much money without his ID or his ATM card, and I was told he was able to answer a bunch of security questions, so they released the funds. So, I explained the whole situation and asked if there's a way to maybe flag the account - like a popup message of some sort in case we drop the ball again, and her straight response is, "short of removing his name from the account, he will have full access to it." (NOTE: Not only do I have my name on his accounts, I also brought a signed POA on hand.) Welp... taking his name out is not really an option since that's how he gets his social security benefits. Now, I have worked for a bank before, and although that was a couple of decades back, I know for fact that accounts can be flagged, or at least there's a way so tellers can be told if there's suspicious activities going on in the account. I guess they just can't be bothered. Fast forward two hours later, I asked my stepdad what he did today. He doesn't remember. I reminded him he went to the bank and withdrew $500. He said he doesn't remember doing that. He went to check his wallet and low and behold: no $500. He no longer remembers where he put it or what he did with it. I intend to contact customer service, but if it remains unresolved, I will be closing all of our accounts as soon as I figure out how to deal with his Social Security benefits. Thanks a lot, WF, for being so uncaring. I'll make sure to not (NOT! NOT! NO!!!) recommend you for any banking needs.

I went to this branch on 07/23/22 at around 10:30 A.M. Teller Erikah, she's taking her time to deposit my 1 check. I spent 20 minutes at her window. She needs to improve her customer service skills. She did not greet me at all before and after our transaction.

This branch actually deserves a zero. These employees act as if they are giving you money. You can only meet with an account person on a appointment two weeks out. No one greets you. Attitude poor at teller window. I worked at this bank 15 years in corporate offices and it never occurred to me to treat colleagues or clients anything less than professional. It's difficult to deposit money and withdrawals. I regret I cannot take this retirement account to a better financial institution.. I do not recommend Wells Fargo for banking needed.
