raquel the manager is the absolute worst. unprofessional and rude , she isn't helpful at all this location has definitely went down the drain.

Raquel is the manager and she is definitely not a good costumer service, we wait over an hour to cash a check thanks to her incompetent costumer service

The costumer service is horrible Raquel the manager is an incompetent manager that doesn't take the costumers time seriously I wait over an hour to cash a check it would it be more if I would get back in line
