“I am so happy with the beautiful jewels that Romo has custom designed and created for me. He has made an opal ring, an emerald set in diamonds, earrings and he even surprised me with a small diamond ring. I did supply the opals and the small diamonds but he knew where to set them. Yes, he can be grouchy at times but many artists are moody. I'm an artist too so I can sympathize. He is fair in his price. I don't think there are many people around like him. Below is a photo of some of his work”

“I went in for a clasp repair on a necklace and Bridget was very helpful from the get-go. She did her best to be accommodating for time, but unfortunately I was only visiting for a short while and was unable to get my necklace repaired there. I’m certain they would have done a wonderful job, and they have the necessary equipment on-site. I went to Michigan a few days later and today I went into a jewelry store where I was quoted twice the price that I was given at Finley’s! I was pretty shocked that there could be such a disparity. When I asked at the Michigan store I visited if they would return the original clasp (18k white gold) they said ‘oh, I guess if you want it back we’ll do that.’ ~ surprising considering that it’s quite literally worth its weight in gold! Moral of the story - go to Finley’s and have a pleasant experience with qualified jewellers. ??”
